Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary and we were treated to a decorated table and a glass of champagne . It was a wonderful experience. The food and service was exceptional !

    My husband and I had the privilege of dining at the Capital Grill for our 45th anniversary! Rita was our server who came highly recommended by my friend, Linda! My husband and I were blown away!!! We have been to a lot of places BUT NOTHING COMPARES! We felt so special all night. Rita decorated our table! The manager stopped by to meet us! Every detail and every morsel were tremendous! We are still talking about it! I told Linda to hit me up next time shoe goes!! 😘😘😘😘

    This was another wonderful experience at Capital Grille. Last time we dined at the Rosemont location. This time we dined at the Schaumburg location. It is a lovely place. Very elegant and old school. The food is outstanding. Our server, Michael, was wonderful. We were celebrating my birthday and they had decorated the table and made a card. At the end we got a lovely dessert and Michael took a picture of us. Great experience. It is a pricey menu so be prepared, but very worth it.

    Next level dining! Our first visit and definitely wont be our last. Everything we ordered including the generous pour, was enjoyed. Our server, Juan was outstanding and the cherry on top for a memorable visit.

    Celebrated another anniversary at Capital Grille and it was an amazing evening. Our server, Brittany, was very helpful and paced everything perfectly for our celebration. Food was outstanding as always. First time we had tried the roasted beet salad/goat cheese and we really enjoyed it. The table decorations were festive and classy. Top notch cocktails from the bar. Seafood tower was so fresh and delicious. Hope to return next year.
