   The service is always impeccable. They really make you feel like they’re genuinely happy to have you and dedicated to creating a dining experience. The food was divine!

   Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced at any Capital Grill. Please note that I would prefer never to have that server again. His heart wasn't into serving us. Capital grill is our go to restaurant. We were just there a week prior at the Lombard location. The fact that this happened on Mother's Day made it worst. Do you have food allergies, would you like pepper on your soup? I'll bring you a blueberry bread basket, husband had to get up and ask for it because we received a regular bread basket. Can I have a regular napkin for gum, never received it. Can we have the eggs scrambled...we usually don't do that. I we can fry it hard...just horribly unprofessional. Asked for medium well...just a little pink...middle bloody. I just ate the steak at that point...I had no more energy to fight. What a mother's day experience.

   We had not been to capital Grille in quite some time. We tried the Rosemont location for Mother’s Day and it was beyond expectation. Our table was ready on time, Giovanni our waiter was courteous and professional. The food was fantastic. Quality seafood appetizers, great steaks and wonderful desserts.

   Never disappoints. Food and service are phenomenal. I asked for a Malbec wine and the waitress asked specifically what I was looking for. She consulted with the sommelier and came back with a Zin that was perfect. Lesson learned - describe what flavors and notes you want and don't want and you'll get the perfect bottle.

   Everything from the moment we walked in was incredible. The service was outstanding, the food was incredible and the hospitality was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I was there to celebrate a birthday and what they do for that is truly incredible, they go way above and beyond any place I have ever been to celebrate anything. I definitely recommend you celebrating your next birthday here!

   Had the best time and service was great! Had the Gorgonzola NY Strip and my taste buds will never be the same.

   The bar experience with Mark and crew (usually, the amazing Evelina) is always phenomenal. The service is impeccable and the food and drinks are consistently delicious. From the moment we pull up and the valets greet us with smiles and warmth to the moment we plop ourselves at the bar we enjoy and appreciate every moment of our experience as Capital Grille Rosemont. We are so appreciative of the top tier experience. Kudos and Bravo!
