    Came here for a couples night out. Service is top-notch and knowledgeable. Even the valet parking attendants are professional. Our server timed everything perfectly, allowing the group to talk without feeling rushed but we never had to wait for a thing. As you’d expect, the steaks were done perfectly! I have to mention my favorite appetizer is the calamari. The peppers add just the right amount of flavor without being overpowering. I get them each time I visit.

    Our experience is always amazing at the capital grille in Rosemont! The service starts at the valet and continue through the end. The host was super friendly and our server Gio is the best. The drinks were great and the food prepared by chef Carlos was delicious. Thank you capital grille for making my birthday dinner memorable!

    Great experience for our anniversary dinner. Our last dinner here was lacking maybe it was an off night. CG redeemed themselves, calamari was amazing, the lobster bisque was delicious but there was only one piece of lobster in the bisque. In the past it was filled with lobster. For dinner we had the ribeye, bone in filet and lobster tail. Our sides were fried and creamed spinach. Everything was delicious along with the coconut cream pie, cheesecake and chocolate cake. We will be going back for the excellent service we received from Jenifer.

    Wife's ahi tuna was fabulous. Top notch service Steak cooked to perfection. Generous Pour is better this year than last year's, but short of the Antinori wines featured a few years ago

    We went to Capital Grill for my best friends birthday. I let them know ahead of time and when we showed up they had the table decorated with a birthday card and confetti! Our server was amazing and nice and let us dine at our own pace. It was a lovely experience! They even get us a birthday dessert at the end! Thank you so much Capital Grill!
