Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We started with clam chowder, then split a strip steak and fries. All was done to perfection. My husband had a special wine that was $39 a glass but it was worth it.

    The night was excellent. I share her. Molly was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped make the experience good. The food was excellent. We were very good. Truly, I go to your place.

    Two very very good steaks, tuna tartare and a decently priced glass of Malbec made for a very nice evening. Were especially appreciative of the great service delivered by our server, Miron. Management at TCG can get a little starchy so having a server who was a little more interactive was a nice surprise.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Steaks were great along with the best Lobster Mac-N-Cheese. They surprised us with a special anniversary desert and champagne. A wonderful place to eat.
