Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Rhiannon was a wonderful waitress. I celebrated my anniversary here and my wife and I had a great experience with tasty food. I highly recommend the salmon dinner. The best part was my manhattan that Rhiannon made!

    Overall the experience was enjoyable. This was my second time at the restaurant and the one negative to both experiences were the drinks. I had an Old Fashioned both times and both drinks were heavy on ice and bourbon was not to be found. No taste of bourbon at all. Very disappointing to enjoy a tasty meal with sugar water.

    Really disappointing experience. Service was stellar however all of our food choices were just meh. Given the other steak restaurants in town, can't imagine ever choosing to go back to CG.

    Great food and great service. The steaks were good and the lobster Mac and cheese was delicious. Server was helpful and personable.

    Yet another wonderful meal at Capital Grille. The Sea Bass was cooked perfectly and had a velvety, buttery sauce. The Brussel sprouts, with their soy glaze and chunks of smoky bacon, were the best I’ve ever eaten. I wasn’t a fan of the coconut pie, but there are many other wonderful desserts to choose from. Our server Tristan was an absolute treat! He was very attentive and had the best personality! Overall, our table enjoyed the entire experience. We will definitely return!

    Our server, Erica, was fantastic and very attentive. Food and ambience - incredible. Highly recommend!

    Reservation for six was handled beautifully. Table is ready. Server was most attentive. Food arrived quickly considering how busy the restaurant was.

    When we arrived there may have been confusion on who was serving our table. We waited for 15 mins before being acknowledged. Once acknowledged the staff and manager completely took care of us and the food was phenomenal and I will be a customer forever due to this. Thank you Capital Grille.
