Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Overall the experience was enjoyable. This was my second time at the restaurant and the one negative to both experiences were the drinks. I had an Old Fashioned both times and both drinks were heavy on ice and bourbon was not to be found. No taste of bourbon at all. Very disappointing to enjoy a tasty meal with sugar water.

    Really disappointing experience. Service was stellar however all of our food choices were just meh. Given the other steak restaurants in town, can't imagine ever choosing to go back to CG.

    Yet another wonderful meal at Capital Grille. The Sea Bass was cooked perfectly and had a velvety, buttery sauce. The Brussel sprouts, with their soy glaze and chunks of smoky bacon, were the best I’ve ever eaten. I wasn’t a fan of the coconut pie, but there are many other wonderful desserts to choose from. Our server Tristan was an absolute treat! He was very attentive and had the best personality! Overall, our table enjoyed the entire experience. We will definitely return!

    When we arrived there may have been confusion on who was serving our table. We waited for 15 mins before being acknowledged. Once acknowledged the staff and manager completely took care of us and the food was phenomenal and I will be a customer forever due to this. Thank you Capital Grille.

    We have eaten at Capital Grill many times. Unfortunately this experience was not their best. The chicken was overcooked. Sides were too salty and we had to send back our daughters steak. Service was very slow and many times we could not find the waiter for refills. We will try again, but hope this was a fluke.
