Our waiter was the bartender so totally neglected us. There was four people at our table. 2 of us got water two of us didn’t our appetizer came with our meal. One of us didn’t get the meal with the other people so by the time the meal came everybody else had finished eating, so I just packaged up my meal to take home for another day. Very very disappointed.

Service was excellent, but good quality was poor. Beef dip sauce was more like gravy with an overwhelming taste of pepper. Sweet potato fries were soggy and chicken fingers over-breaded. Ambiance was great for the hockey game, but I wouldn’t go for the food.

We had 2 reso of 2 tables outdoor patio. One table had our kids and another for adults: when we got there they said we didn’t book one of the reso outdoor. So a full table of kids they put them in door out of site from us on a game night. When we told them and showed our reso the lady seating us was very confrontational and didn’t wouldn’t accommodate the children or us. Then we went to the manger and she helped get them closer to us but still not close. It took 1 hour after getting seats to get this sorted out and finally get some drinks. It took an other hour to get food and about 45 mins to get the bill. Wont be back. Worst service. We tried very to be understanding.

Great reward for birthday. My guests appetizers were average at best and over priced, terrible presentation. Signature Cocktail was disappointing. Patio looked nice, would sit there next time.

I had to book a reservation a day before game one of the Stanley cup finals. I then received a call from Sophie, explaining that it is going to be busy but they are still more than welcome to seat my party of 5. She was super sweet and very accommodating. We got to the restaurant and Sophie was my server. She was amazing, made sure we had everything and got us everything in a timely matter even though her and the restaurant was quite busy. When we had got up to leave she told that she would be happy to help us again, if we wanted to come back for following games! Thanks again Sophie!

Reserved indoor standard seating & we were put on the patio. Was very cold & windy. Asked twice to be moved & on the third ask half way through our cold food we were finally moved.
