   The prime rib was absolutely awful. It was the toughest I have EVER had. Server was very good about it and we sent back. She informed us that nobody was happy with it. Other food was good, just the prime rib was horrible

   Amazing experience for a lunch with ladies from work. We got to celebrate with a lovely dessert and a mocktail for the birthday girl. The attitudes and aura of the staff was friendly inviting and very positive. The food was also great. Good portions and takes great. Thank you for the experience.

   This is the third time that we have requested certain tables and when we arrive people are sitting there. It's very frustrating that they just don't care.

   Decided to book a table here for a hockey game to find out they couldn’t stream it because it was on Prime. What kind of sports bar can’t stream games for a home team playing in Toronto? We even offered our Amazon login. We all ended up watching on our phones because we all ordered food and some don’t live in the area. Service was good. Riley was our server. Food was mediocre for the price. Music got too way loud like it was a club. Don’t call yourself a sports bar if you can’t stream hockey games.

   My family and I went here for some drinks and appys The ribs were delicious, however the nachos were a bit of a disappointment for the price.

   To clarify our server was absolutely amazing! She was extremely attentive and had a wonderful personality. Our complaint is that when we booked we asked for a certain table and or table by this table and when we arrived all of those tables had people at them. It was not busy at all so I blame this on management not reserving the required and requested table.

   Last year we attended as well but this recent experience was disorganized! We heard that there’s a new management and I will not mention the server’s name. There was no DJ, no props for new years, disorganized, some servers were lousy except ours, and we felt it wasn’t the new years! Countdown was last minute! Hopefully the new management will take this comment to further improve!

   Great night, but the pizza came out way too late. It was supposed to be there at 11:30, but came 11:55, just before the count down to New Years, so it was a rush to grab it and not much cane out. The pizza should be there by 11:00, to make the ticket price worthwhile.

    We’ve been coming to this Brewhouse for a while now, and it’s hit or miss at times. We were very excited about the free wings for a year promotion, but unfortunately, we couldn’t stay until midnight. We ended up paying around $150 just to reserve a table and didn’t initially receive our free pizza, drinks, or wing tickets. After speaking to the waitress and showing her that we didn’t see anywhere stating we had to wait until midnight to get the coupons, she finally gave us the wing tickets. However, we still had to spend more money on the food and drinks we ordered, which left us feeling disappointed. To be fair, the site does mention a ‘midnight pizza bar,’ but it wasn’t clear that everything else required waiting until midnight as well. Our reservation was at 8 PM, and it was unreasonable to expect us to sit there for four hours. In the future, please include this important detail in the description. Last year, the pizza bar ended at midnight, so this inconsistency was also frustrating. Lastly, I’d like to note that when I got a refill, the glass was only half full—even though it was just my second refill. We hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the experience moving forward.
