Server was great except they had to leave because management didn’t want them on over time slightly inconvenient while trying to watch a ufc event to clear up are tab not the servers fault but still annoying. And while my steak sandwich was very good it did seem a lil small for the price

My wife and I had been looking forward to our 40 oz ribeye steak specials for weeks. We are seniors and don't get out that often. This was our first time at the Brewhouse and we were quite impressed with the ambiance and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the steaks were a major disappointment being undercooked, tough and stringy. we were unable to eat them. The staff and management were apologetic and redid the steaks which we took home. They were somewhat better but nowhere near what a ribeye should be.

The food came out one plate at a time for each of my family members. They came in from Arizona. My brother-in-law had the chicken Caesar salad. He said it was the worst Caesar salad he ever had.

The food was mediocre but everything still cost over 20 dollars. The staff barely acknowledged us and we weren't greeted at all when we came in. It wasn't busy at all so there was no reason it took us sitting at a table by ourselves and almost 8 minutes of talking foe a waitress to talk to us. Also the amount of TVs in the restaurant is crazy. Pretty sure they made Visions yearly quota filling that restaurant. It made both me and my husband motion sick to look at the sea of TVs. I had gotten a donair and it was only one bite of lettuce, tomato and red onion. Then it was meat and only meat. Nothing was spread throughout. It was fairly disappointing all around.

I used to go to Canadian Brewhouse often and have always loved the quality of their food. I noticed this time it was subpar to say the least. I had the rib eye and asked for medium. It was definitely overcooked because it was so hard to cut and chewing was a struggle. Service was okay, our server wasn't helpful. She just came by a few times to do what she would normally do, nothing special. My drink was empty half way through and never got a refill.

Food was well prepared bar fare. Tasty but nothing really unique on the menu. A lot of Gluten free choices pleasing one of our guests that reacts badly to gluten. We wanted to sit on the balcony but a hell of a climb for us seniors. Waitress was polite and the food order was returned exactly as requested.

I booked a table for my birthday. For 15. When we arrived the tables weren’t ready and we had one server. She was slow, never cleared the tables, never came check how things were. No interaction with us. The food was pretty good thou. She needed help. And the place was dead. That’s why we reserve for big groups, so that they can be prepared. A lot in the group said they probably won’t be returning Thank you

Took way too long for our food to arrive. Some people at our table were still waiting for their orders while others had finished that they ordered. We were a larger group but the restaurant was almost empty

This one used to be pretty good. The last half dozen times it has not been great. But this last time was absolutely the worst. We ordered the special - 3 of them. They definitely don't know how to cook a steak. It was either overdone or underdone but either way it was burnt on both sides on all. Like they tried to hurry it up. The potatoes and gravy were colder than Luke warm. Extremely disappointed and will not go back to the Mahogany Brewsters. The waitress was super nice and helpful in cleaning and getting a table on the balcony for us.

Went to watch NHL playoff game - Oilers vs. Kings. Even though we were in Calgary, great ambience and was received in Oilers jerseys well. Game was on and sound! Nachos are HUGE and yummy! Thanks for the great night.

Had 2 kids and unfortunately we did spill a drink and no one bothered to clean up the mess on the floor for the hour we were there. 10+ people walked through it including at least 4 employees. "Not my job I'm sure". Waitresses was mediocre at best

We had a gift certificate from our hockey league to go to the brew house. It said that each person would get to order a pasta dish. When we got there (sunday April 2), we were told that there was no chef available to cook the pasta dishes. Instead we were given pizza which was ok.

Food and service was good. Not a big fan of the “mandatory” 18% gratuity. If I had known before hand probably would not have booked the reservation. At least we were told before the service but had already prepaid for our meal. Anyway we decided to pay the gratuity but order less drinks and no appetizers.

Went for St. Patrick’s day and they had NO Guinness nor Kilkenny, like wt—F Then they cranked up the music so loud and actually playing songs with Niga* in it. They said it turns into a night club with a dance floor now. NO ONE was dancing on their make shift floor where tables still were. I would never do dinner there again if this is what it is now.

My salad came as a soup. Lettuce was.m not dried up prior being served. Waitress seem bother by me saying something about it. I go here almost on a weekly basis and this is the first time I’m being treated this way.

Waited for over an hour for our food to arrive. The steak sandwich I ordered was supposed to be cooked medium but it came back between medium rare and rare. They did take it off my bill though. Didn't ask for replacement because I didn't want to wait for a very long time again. Fries was overcooked. The restaurant was super busy. Probably will not go back unless I have to.
