                                                                                          We took my husband with kids for Father's Day dinner and we were impressed from the moment we walked in. The front desk ladies greeted us with a smile and were very professional. They even showed us the different dining experiences and let us choose our favorite. Every room was stunning. We chose the standard dining room and had Cameron as our server. He was energetic and truly knowledgeable about the menu and how each dish was prepared. He gave great suggestions throughout our meal and he did not disappoint. We had meat lovers and vegetarians at our table and they all loved their appetizers, meals and desserts. We have all decided that the Butcher's Club PGA is our new favorite dining experience. We walked around the Hotel after dinner and the bar at entrance was amazing. Everything is so clean and 5 star here. If you have never been here, plan your next special occasion here. Everyone will thank you

                                                                                          Steaks were cold. Who wants to pay hundreds of dollars for cold steaks? I think next time I’ll eat some tacos and give the rest of my money to charity.

                                                                                          You can't go wrong stepping into The Butcher's Club for your dining experience. First I was sat by an amazing hostess Madison who assured I was seated in a place that was ideal for my dining experience. Then I was blessed to have a world class Michelin caliber server named LeBeau. He went through the menu with me and I had two dishes I have to write about. First was the cesar salad and this was/is the best cesar I've ever had in my life. Full of freshness, not to much dressing and the perfect mix of meyer lemon juice was a refreshing and healthy way to start my dinner. Full of microgreen herbs of dill with thinly carved snow peas and mini sourdough croutons, yum! Then LeBeau suggested the roasted beets which were the best beets I've ever had. Small fresh beets with dill, tarragon, basil, garlic crumbs and ready for it, yes, strawberries. I passed on desert because this side dish felt like my desert experience was already fulfilled. Enjoy your time here, I know I did.

The kitchen service was horrible considering the expectations of a five star restaurant. The waiter was as excellent but the food came out clumsily and late. Food was cold. The service must have been sitting for awhile and one of the entrees came out at least 5 minutes after the others. The poor expediting from the kitchen really put a damper on what should have been a fabulous night.
