More than a steakhouse -- a wonderful dining experience. The Parker house rolls are a must, as is their terrific take on a Ceasar salad. Nearly every starter and side is a level above what a typical steakhouse provides. And while the prices are top end (but no different than a Flagler Steakhouse or 1000 North), the mains are meant to be shared. Having some starters and salads will soften that blow when you get the check. And while steaks are great, do not miss the burger or the truffle chicken. And try the spicy rigatoni appetizer (have it served with the mains), it is on par with Vodka pastas served at some of the best Italian restaurants (I'm talking about you Carbone's).

Based on the resort manager’s recommendation and the reputation of the restaurant, we were really looking forward to a great night out. Unfortunately, the service was so bad, it ruined what would have otherwise been a great meal. Our waiter was dismissive, would mumble a question while looking the other way, then just walk away. We ordered the beef Wellington, which must’ve upset him based on his reaction because it takes 60 minutes to prepare. We ordered a salad as an appetizer, he put it on the table while walking by without even looking at us..we asked for pepper, but he just ignored us. I asked another server for pepper, which took 10 minutes, so we sat there with our salad waiting. The beef Wellington was cooked perfectly and the server who brought that by was great. Our waiter never asked us how dinner was and didn’t come back until we were finished to see if we wanted another drink. What a shame! To add insult to injury, a 20% tip is included w the bill. We dine out 2-3 times a week and live no more than 10 minutes from the resort..we’ll never go back.

Great place to eat! Came to celebrate a birthday and the food was amazing. Our waitress was Elena and her attention to detail was spot on. I recommend requesting her for exceptional service. We had the table bread, ceviche and a flaming tomahawk for dinner and 3 different desserts. 10/10

Went to celebrate anniversary and it was beyond our Expectation…while the Tomahawk was the main draw, Nikki, our server was spectacular …There were only two of us, so The Tomahawk was overkill, but was cooked to perfection and we have great leftovers…Will definitely go back but probably with more people…and of course, we will ask that Nikki be our server…Great Celebration!

Our dinner was amazing. This was our second night dining here, so we stuck to the basics, which were all top notch. My husband, a meat snob, said the burger was spectacular- and this is not a term I hear him use, no less for a burger. The chicken was on point and flavorful. The Spicy Rigatoni was very good, but I thought it needed a little more kick or Parmesan. Note I eat nothing spicy! Fries are classic and a solid potato choice. We had coffee and dessert. The beignets tasted like Christmas, but we enjoy the profiteroles more. We would definitely return as there are so many options that looked great that we’d like to try!!!

Birthday dinner for daughter with 7 of us. Started out well but then 2 entrees were forgotten, one was overcooked, and we’re talking about $100+ dishes. Overcooked filet was sent back and 20 minutes went by with nothing but they slowly filled in the forgotten orders. Ultimate said cancel the order since everyone was done and sides were cold. Oh by the way we were one of TWO tables seated at the restaurant as we went early, so not like they were busy. For some reason they offered us a fish dish no one asked for as consideration and then still charged us 20% tip on a $1000 meal since large party. They took that off after I argued how silly that was but ridiculous it wasn’t even discussed.
