                                                                                          You can't go wrong stepping into The Butcher's Club for your dining experience. First I was sat by an amazing hostess Madison who assured I was seated in a place that was ideal for my dining experience. Then I was blessed to have a world class Michelin caliber server named LeBeau. He went through the menu with me and I had two dishes I have to write about. First was the cesar salad and this was/is the best cesar I've ever had in my life. Full of freshness, not to much dressing and the perfect mix of meyer lemon juice was a refreshing and healthy way to start my dinner. Full of microgreen herbs of dill with thinly carved snow peas and mini sourdough croutons, yum! Then LeBeau suggested the roasted beets which were the best beets I've ever had. Small fresh beets with dill, tarragon, basil, garlic crumbs and ready for it, yes, strawberries. I passed on desert because this side dish felt like my desert experience was already fulfilled. Enjoy your time here, I know I did.

The kitchen service was horrible considering the expectations of a five star restaurant. The waiter was as excellent but the food came out clumsily and late. Food was cold. The service must have been sitting for awhile and one of the entrees came out at least 5 minutes after the others. The poor expediting from the kitchen really put a damper on what should have been a fabulous night.

Our server went out of her way to accommodate us and was so kind and charismatic with our children. The food and the presentation of it all was amazing and we will definitely return.

                                                                                          The service was impeccable from start to finish. The room is quite nice but has poor acoustics. It's actually on the noisy side. The onion soup and Parker house rolls were delicious. My strip steak had a beautiful crust but was chewy. I was disappointed in that. My husband had truffle chicken and he's still looking for the truffle flavor. Cheesecake for desert was awesome.

                                                                                          Elena was a phenomenal server and made our entire dining experience a joy. She was spot-on with descriptions of the various dishes and explained exactly how our meal would be served and what to expect throughout the night. She was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating with any requests. The Caesar salad, beets, oysters, escargot, steaks and drinks were well worth the trip from NJ to FL. Next time we are staying at the resort we will be back! Please let the chef and manager know what an asset Elena is to your establishment!.
