   Sandra, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. Food was outstanding and served leisurely, yet timely. Looking forward to going back!!!

   Wait staff was excellent! She felt with my food allergy very professionally. The food was excellent! Next time we want to try the hanging tomahawk. The noise level is higher than I like.

   The hostess and the server were both fantastic. The food was incredible. A bit expensive but definitely expected at this level. Highlights: the wagyu filet and whipped potatoes We went on a night that was not very busy, so it was quiet, which is perfect for us. Reading other reviews, it said it can get quite loud, but that was not our experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it special with comp glasses of champagne, cookie plate (awesome) and a note from the chef/owner. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or entertaining guests.

   Celebrated my birthday dinner here and had a blast! Server (Nikki) was great and the food was wonderful. The only thing that was a tad disappointing were the desserts. That’s my favorite part of the meal and we got 3! None were wow. Profiteroles tasted like a shot of bourbon, the beignets didn’t really have a dip sauce and weren’t overly good and the pistachio cake just wasn’t for me! Filet and dinner foods were fabulous though! Dessert was why I knocked off a star!

   A Five-Star Birthday Experience for Gianni at The Butcher's Club – PGA National Resort On April 16, 2025, we celebrated Gianni’s birthday in Memory of his Amazing late Mom at The Butcher’s Club at PGA National Resort, and the entire experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail were impeccable from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make Gianni feel special, from a warm birthday greeting at the door to a beautifully presented dessert with a candle and cheers from the team. The atmosphere was upscale yet welcoming, striking the perfect balance between sophistication and celebration. The food was phenomenal. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece, especially the signature dry-aged steak that was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The sides were decadent, the drinks were mixed to perfection, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy. What truly stood out, though, was the way the staff made us feel like family. It wasn’t just a meal but a full-on experience tailored for a milestone moment. Gianni’s smile said it all. Thank you to everyone at The Butcher’s Club for making his birthday one to remember.    The food was great. The service was great. The acoustics are terrible. You can’t have a conversation with someone at your table and the staff can’t hear you either. Lots of shouting just to be heard.

   G Wonderful food and great service. Our waitress was extremely kind and knowledgeable. The restaurant was incredibly loud however. It was difficult to hear our guests from across por table.

    The food is good. Not mind blowing but good. Extremely overpriced for what it is but there’s a little of that to be expected in a hotel restaurant. Service was very attentive and kind.
