    The food was good but not great. My level of expectations was rather high since the price was not cheap. They could have done a better job seasoning the food.

    We ordered the smoked arugula & carpaccio appetizer and it was one of the most delicious starters we’ve ever had! Truly, it was not only a work of art, but it was fabulous! My husband enjoyed the shrimp and grits and their burger was delicious too! One note - no gluten free bread or crackers, which was a disappointment for a world class restaurant. We brought this to the attention of the manager who said they are discussing this for the future.

    Wonderful supper at The Bugler. Lovely atmosphere overlooking the racetrack. Well decorated contemporary decor. Staff was very attentive and efficient. The food was remarkable. Excellent filets and sea bass. Delicious crème brûlée. Located very close to the smoke free casino if you wanted. All in all a very enjoyable evening.

    As usual, the food was wonderful and the service was great. I was sad to see that the restaurant had discontinued, my favorite dish, the mushroom risotto, but then I discovered the mushroom pasta. That is a dish I will eat over and over again.

    We were warmly greeted by the hostess Kimberley. Because it was a pleasant evening, we were seated outside overlooking the beautiful racing grounds. Our server, Joel, was attentive, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the menu offerings. We appreciated being treated to an anniversary dessert compliments of the restaurant. We had a special and memorable 39th anniversary dinner. Thank you!!
