   Exceptional customer service and the food! Delicious!! My 18 year old grandson had the wagu burger and the mac and cheese. He proclaimed it the best he had ever eaten. Bonus points for having the Golden State Warriors play off game visible on a BIG screen above the bar and placing us at a table where he could see it. Seriously, though you can't go wrong at this place. I have alpha gal syndrome, a food allergy you get from a tick bite. Upon arrival, the host inquired about food allergies (this is rare, but excellent customer service). I told them, expecting a "blank look", but they knew immedately what I had and placed us with a server who has the same allergy. He was professional and extremly knowlegable. His recommedations were spot on. PS - crab cake is to die for! Better than even the ones I have eaten at Baltimore Inner Harbor! Go, eat, enjoy!

   The Bugler is the best restaurant overall that I've been to in a long time! The waiter was absolutely on the ball watching to see when we should get the next course. Giving his thoughts on what were the best dishes and we had already decided on what we were going to get but his first choice was what we had already decided on. He asked questions and was very conversational and considerate. It was my birthday and he made it special along with the chef because we absolutely had the best meal I've eaten, which was the sea bass entre! Delicious! Also my birthday dessert was scrumptious!! I would go back to Oaklawn only to go eat at The Bugler again!! Thank you so much! Lisa

   The hostess. The waiter. The food. Top Notch! The appetizer, the pork rack and the filet was A-maxing. It will be my splurge and guilty pleasure anytime I am in Hot Springs. Every succulent and delicious bite was worth every penny.

    The experience and food was more than you could have imagined and asked for. Everyone from the time you walked in to the time you walked out was very attentive to you and pleasant as well. We will be going back very soon.
