   A friend and I went for dinner after a Weds. matinee at Goodspeed. It was not very busy. Our waitress, Ashley I believe, was the perfect amount of attentive. She even gave us a little tour of the restaurant. It has an interesting history and cool vibe. The food was outstanding. It is farm to table so everything was very fresh. I would go again and highly recommend.

   The service today was excellent. All servers were friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding including homemade butter for the bread. Highly recommend this experience!

   We had a celebratory dinner at the Chef’s Table for 14 people. Our server Maureen was very attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

   Great menu. Wait staff was excellent. Dining in the Tavern was only thing left but it was perfect. Very intimate with very attentive wait staff. Will definitely return

   The dining was an experience to savor from the surrounding settings, the covered bridge walkway and the service and food were superb. We had both traditional and unique items. The endive salad with ricotta stuffing was like a buttery cloud and the yuca fries were a step up from traditional potato or zucchini types.

    The food was very good, however, the service was very slow and no communication was shared with why. Yes, they were very busy for a Saturday night, but drinks and our apps took too long to get to us, as well as dinner and dessert. Also, I had made a reservation two weeks in advance online and spoke to an employee asking for a specific room to sit in for my daughter’s special birthday. They didn’t follow through with that, we were in a much louder room, and were not given any real acknowledgement/ownership for this mistake. This was all very unfortunate as we had been there about four other times and had good experiences. Not sure now if we’ll be returning or recommending.
