They were closed-how embarrassing for me and my clients. First time that’s ever happened to me.
The restaurant was closed!!!! No signs indicating why.
HOW CAN OPEN TABLE book a restaurant that is CLOSED?
Our food was very very good. I had the Salmon with black rice, beet root purée and fennel (delicious) and my husband had the Short Ribs. Unfortunately, the service was very slow. We had to flag down a couple extra severs to assist-clearing plates, taking espresso order and dropping, then paying check. I’ve been in the service industry and I would understand if she (our server) was running around and busy, but we could clearly see her in the kitchen and not on the floor at all.
Server was excellent—friendly and responsive. Beet salad was very good. Salmon was over-cooked and the portion was quite small, especially for the price.
Accommodated our party of 25 and were very attentive with great suggestions and a menu with something for everyone. Food a bit off temp likely due to our large party. Look forward to returning for a more intimate dinner.
When we arrived it was really warm in the restaurant-we weren’t sure we were going to stay but finally some air came on & it became more comfortable. Our food was very good-charcuterie board was yummy. That pork chop meal was phenomenal! The pear fennel salad also good. The Caesar salad dressing lacked bite but loved the lemon zest on top! Nice twist. Good wine selection. Restaurant got very very loud as the night went on & a group of about 20 came in who seemed to believe they were in their own space-constantly out of their seats in everyone’s way. Luckily we decided to forego dessert, get our check & depart. Staff was very nice. Would go back.
Everything was great, service a little slow. Highly recommend!
didnt like being put in the basement -no other guests, felt weird. but the service was very good.
It was good food although very loud.
We made a reservation and they weren’t even open. Their signage has their hours posted and no reason stated as to why they weren’t open. Complete disappointment
We are local. Food was fantastic. Server was outstanding. Overall great experience. Service good given how hard it is to staff. Will go back.
Delicious! As always
Service gracious and efficient , food above average.
Our food was great. I had the salmon which was small but very tasty and well seasoned. My husband had a burger that was slightly underdone for his taste but he said it was also good. His came with garlic fries which were yummy. (I ate most of them). I had a chocolate Panna Cotta which was delicious. The service was good and we'd eat there again.
Service was excellent. The food was superb, especially the burrata and tomatoes. We felt very safe dining inside.
Food was excellent! Cocktails were pricey for the size of each drink. Red wine was served warm, had to ask for an ice bath. Our Server, Mara (I think?), was nice, but clearly overwhelmed. Friendly, but short. Funny thing was, being a Saturday night, the place was only 1/2 full. We guessed they are so short staffed, they’re not able to serve at full capacity. We still enjoyed our dinner, just be prepared to be patient with service.
The service seemed a little slow. The food was fine.
Everything was wonderful. Just very hot. Wished we were offered a fan for our table.
The server was lovely, the food was not. $50.00 rib eye was raw, came back shoe leather with large pieces of fat. Parpadelle had a sliver of rabbit skin, no meat.
Food was disgusting. Park City has so many nice restaurants, we will not return to Brick.
(Come back Tupelo!)
Incredible food! The beets, burratta, and the Benny are all must haves
charming restaurant located on Main street in Park City. The evening special was not over sold. It was delicious. We will be back.
Happy that there is a new restaurant in this location on Main Street. Enjoyed the menu.
Food was adequate, service was not. Hostess set a negative tone with her indifference. Waitress admittedly submitted the wrong order for my daughter...so she received her food after my son and I had finished eating. No goodwill offer to even take something as minute as a $6 side off the bill (2 appetizers, 3 entrees, 2 sides and a drink) and didn't seem to care much. For this price point of restaurant I'd expect to at least feel welcome, if not valued. Too many great options in Park City to ever come here again.
Went to The Brick with my family of 13 which is a large party for a small restaurant. Our food was great but the service was sometimes slow, so plan on a long meal!
Sat on the cute patio with our kids and it was so nice! Food for grown ups was excellent and lots of good kids menu options. The drinks were also great.
I invited 5 friends to have dinner with me. My octopus came with pork sausage.. I do not eat pork and it did not say, my daughters burger came with bacon.. it did not say they took it back into the kitchen and just too the bacon off… leaving bacon grease on the burger as will as bits of bacon, my friends meal came 20 minutes after the rest of us we’re served .. and we waited a full 15 minutes to get our wine .. we only got it after asking the manager for it. It make it all worse the bill was so expensive!!!!
I’d label this restaurant “not ready for prime time”. They clearly want to be a class place, but many details are missing. Such as not providing a shell plate with an order of mussels. ( my wife put the shells onto my dinner plate.) such as a cardboard box for take home rather than a styrofoam box that doesn’t leak.
Food is ok, not great. So the value proposition is poor.
It’s wine list was the worst I’ve seen in a pricey restaurant and was priced at almost 4x retail per bottle ( normal is 2.5-3 times). Funny that the lounge at the SLC airport had a better selection of wines the the Brick
Great food and wonderful service! Definitely will go back!
We appreciated the extra attention on our anniversary...thank you!!!
This restaurant was fantastic. I made a reservation and they gave us a table downstairs where there was only one other party. It was quiet and intimate. Our server was attentive and helpful and although she made a few errors, she compensated beyond our expectations. The food was honestly exceptional. I’m a vegan traveling in the company of carnivores and the varied menu was pleasing to all. Everything was delicious including the beautifully prepared desserts. Highly recommend for a delicious dinner in the heart of Park City.
So loud! Took 30 min to receive our appetizer which was a charcuterie board. Food was good but long dining experience
Terrible service and overpriced food. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my dad ordered a salad with dressing on the side and they forgot to bring out the dressing when all the meals came out. He kindly asked two servers five minute apart to bring the dressing. Both said okay, 20 minutes passed and still nothing and we had all finished our meals. They took the salad off the bill but not a single person apologized and he did not eat the salad.
Our experience started out pretty rough. The hostess was nonchalant and the server was worse; acted as if we were almost disturbing her. The cauliflower appetizer was lacking. It was not cooked, was served warm, and the chimichurri was one of the worst I've ever had. Our wine was practically tossed on the table. The only redeeming item was the burger which was absolutely delicious. I realize that this place is newer and that there is a shortage of help, but the help you have should be more pleasant. It they were busy, this would have been easier to overlook.
Food was average food service quality. Price far outdistanced quality.
Server was sullen and irritated at something which put us off as soon as she approached the table.
We will not eat here again and as full summer residents, we certainly will guide friends and visitors accordingly.
Great food from the burgers, New York strip, salmon, mussels appetizer and Burrata appetizer. Service was great and nice ambiance. Nice and would come back when. I’m in town again.
Great choice for everyday dining. Try the BURGER!!!!
Very disappointing. Slow service, under cooked steak (had to send it back, still not great), embarrassingly short wine pours, overpriced. Maybe they were having an off night but definitely can’t recommend The Brick. Many other great options in Park City.
Great spot. Best short ribs ever and kids loved the huge double meat burgers! Will go back for sure!
Awesome place and great service. Best burgers and mussels in PC!
