Jessie was an outstanding server. They have an outstanding wine list. The duck was exceptional.
Spare menu, oriented to meat eaters and butter lovers. The one sad buttered fish sat on buttered mashed potatoes. The one salad offered was excellent.
Food is always amazing - service top notch and atmosphere is moderately up scale, you can go dressy or nice casual
Ambiance overall was perfect!
Every visit to restaurant is just spectacular!!!
A friend and I had brunch at the Brasserie on a Saturday. The menu was varied enough to find something good and everything we ordered was very tasty and well-prepared.
Our server, James (?), was very friendly and accommodating.
Delicious food, great waiter (Alex), wonderful wine list, and delicious cocktails. What could be better?
Some of the best halibut I’ve ever had, we’ve been coming here for a while but coming back from COVID the chefs are really hitting it out of the park. The menu is smaller than it used to be but I think that ensures everything they make is at the highest quality. Kelly was our server and she was fabulous! We’ve had great service here every time we’ve came but last nights dinner really exceeded our expectations!
Amazing experience during our anniversary, service was phenomenal!
Me and my husband have breakfast here every time we are in Chicago. Things have changed slightly since the restaurant switched from Margaux Brasserie to Brasserie. Everything was amazing, especially the service (as always). The only thing that prevented me from awarding a five-star review was the fact the Potato Rösti were not on the menu anymore. These were way better than the new breakfast potatoes. Besides this, everything was lovely.
Had brunch - Benedict with smoked salmon was delicious.
Amazing food and service❤️
For this being in the Waldorf I was expecting the best service . The waiter forgot what we ordered and the meal was adequate . Not somewhere I would go for brunch again. The atmosphere was nice though .
Food arrived cold and service was dreadful. On the other hand the restaurant looks lovely
Sat by big open window looking out onto rainy night. Waiter very attentive and recommended good drinks. Drinks delicious. Onion soup great on a cold night. Warm soft bread. Amazing halibut juicy and crisp.
Menu was too limited. Wine was overpriced. Service was good
Went there for Sunday brunch. Nice Ambiance. They had soft live music. No outdoor dining options. Wait staff very attentive.
Love the live music for brunch! Great waiter and delicious food. I’ll be back!
Every dish was spectacular. Kelly was an incredible waitress, and every staff member who stopped by to drop off/pick up dishes was kind and efficient. We were so thrilled to be received so warmly for our anniversary, and this meal was the highlight of our weekend.
If you are staying at this hotel the restaurant is fine for a meal. I thought it felt cold, corporate, dated and overpriced. The food was good and the service was nice, but I regretted picking it for my rare night out, not worth booking a babysitter.
Solid food. Great staff.
Outstanding place to have dinner ! The ambiance, the food and service was phenomenal. I enjoyed dining at this incredible restaurant.
Our server James was amazing! I also highly recommend the brioche french toast.
I always have a wonderful experience at the Brasserie! I said that I was celebrating my graduation and they were so sweet and thoughtful to bring out some dessert. Their Onion Soup is a must.
Another great experience here. The live music is a nice added touch. The hostess gave us two options for seating which was nice. The food was delicious and the service professional and unobtrusive. I would recommend highly.
Very ordinary. Nothing special.
The menu is extremely limited. The food is slightly overpriced. Our waitress was wonderful. The drinks are amazing.
Delicious food. They had live music for mothers day. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend
Incredible service! My daughter asked for a macaron from the patisserie downstairs and the server went down and get her some even though the restaurant doesn’t typically serve them. Above & beyond in service!!
We thought the meal would be a brunch since the weekend brunch was still advertised on the website.
The service was attentive but the food did not arrive hot. The lemon blueberry pancakes had very few blueberries in or around them. Overall disappointing for a Mother's Day breakfast.
Would probably recommend this after the pandemic is over, but right now it is lackluster for breakfast.
