Food was wonderful! The octopus was the highlight. We had a specialty cocktail with jalapeno infused tequila that was great. Will definitely recommend and come back!
Casey and Maya were great!
Incredibly slow service
The food, service and ambience were impeccable. We will definitely return for other fine dining experiences there!
Thank you so much for the feedback , please do give us more opportunity so we can make your experience more memorable . Have great day thanks
Fantastic breakfast experience. Food was great, tables well spread out. This has become a regular in our Chicago trips.
Excellent service. All of our food was terrific. Beautiful views
Outstanding spot. Food is great and the service is top notch. Definitely recommend.
They went above and beyond to make my daughter’s 18th birthday super special!
Great to her that , it was a privilege to be a part of your daughters 18th birthday celebration and thank you for choosing us for a memorable event . We will be happy to assist you further more in future to make more memories .
It was amazing - service was great, food was awesome.
Would def. come back.
Great food, service and atmosphere. I also felt they enforced COVID safety guidelines really well and I felt safe. Will definitely visit again.
Excellent drinks from the bar! The service was superlative and the restaurant has awesome ambience. We all enjoyed the food well enough, however the menu was somewhat limited.
The restaurant is lovely, has an authentic 'Brasserie' feel. The menu is short, but the items offered are diverse. We loved our wait person, she guided us expertly with our dinner choices. The food arrived perfectly cooked and delicious. We would highly recommend The Brasserie.
We had the steak frites. Just wonderful
The service was perfect and the ambience is amazing
Can’t wait to go back!
The atmosphere, service and food were all excellent. The brunch is one of the best I've had in Chicago.
Used to be one of my favorite spots before covid. Sooo glad they’ve reopened!
We had cocktails and appetizers at the bar. The drinks and food were excellent, though the abbreviated menu (maybe a COVID thing) provided a shorter list of choices than I expected. The staff appeared to be working very hard to keep up with the clientele, but seemed a bit too small to provide excellent service.
It was a wonderful experience, and I'd go back.
Simply fantastic. Definitely cannot wait to go back!
We two enjoyed restaurant week dinner.
Every plate was very classic and delicious.
Ambiance was good, and our server was so attentive and kind.
Will visit again.
The French onion soup was really good but the main courses were just okay.
I really love the experience with The Brasserie Waldorf Astoria.
Food and service, everything was perfect 😍
The service was fantastic, the cocktail i ordered was maybe one of the best I’ve ever had and their halibut was a 10/10.
My favorite restaurant in Chicago.
First time back at a restaurant and they made me feel very comfortable!! Great food and service!
Such a lovely experience from all aspects. The halibut was delicious.
Food and service were excellent. Surroundings excellent!
Great location, great ambiance, great service, unfortunately food was just not good. One of the worst French onion soups I’ve eaten ever... to bad...
Just not worth the $$.
Love this spot, but my steak and salad (with green goddess dressing) was way too salty and the Halibut had way too much butter ... overall the meal was over-priced.
However, I would recommend this spot to a friend, but be sure to ask for low/no salt and butter :)
Just 3rd day re-opened and on Valentines Day so menu was abbreviated.
Had 2 apps, Steak Frites and Halibut superb. Profiteroles were great and the wine list very comprehensive. Good romantic date
It was a very special anniversary thanks to the service and kitchen. The ambiance was great, table layout made for intimacy. Lighting and music were at the right setting for creating atmosphere without overpowering the table space. We were able to comfortably converse at the table. The servers were attentive, personable and very enthusiastic to be back. The kitchen knocked the plating, taste and temps out of the park.
Took a long time to get acknowledged both at the hostess stand and at the table, but once the server came by he was pretty good. We ordered a cocktail which again took a very long time to be delivered. Menu is limited as they just opened back up on the 11th. We tried different items on the menu, food was okay, nothing remarkable. There are so many great places to dine in Chicago, The Brasserie is definitely not a restaurant that leaves you wanting to go back.
Wonderful dinner. Comfortable setting. Great food. Excellent service.
Fantastic restaurant, service was amazing and each course didn’t disappoint.
As always the best place to have a wonderful dinner. The staff are outrageously knowledgeable and friendly. They are very attentive throughout the whole dinner. I can’t rave enough of this fabulous gem. Great food and cozy atmosphere.
Excellent service. We celebrated a late Valentines Day. The food was excellent and the French wine list was superb.
They were able to accommodate my gluten free diet. Walker was our server and was very personable and attentive. We had brunch with bottomless bubbles and it do NOT disappoint. Look forward to returning!
Excellent! they went above and beyond to make my wife and I's anniversary memorable.
Amazing service, full of lovely attentions! We’ll come back.
Simply amazing. I make a point to seek out French bistros wherever I go. I am so glad I followed the recommendation of a friend in NY. No idea where to start or finish. Just sublime.
Food runner brought out my entree twice. I thought that was very odd.
I enjoy the Brunch and the band very much . Staff and service is first class . Food is top notch . You won’t be disappointed.
