Amazing service the thanksgiving food is fabulous
Beautiful setting, amazing views and impeccable service.
Everything was great. Service was outstanding. My only negative comment was the table was scratched and having a table cloth would have been better
My favorite spot in the city. The thanksgiving meal was incredible. My server, Alex, always does an incredible job.
Very nice place for Saturday & Sunday brunch. Good and interesting food in nice upscale atmosphere.
Onion soup tasted diluted; needed longer cooking time and more flavor, better quality cheese. Cocktail arrived late.
A bit overpriced and very small portions but nice and polite staff, quiet and overall pleasant ambiance
Love the brunch with Jazz. We were two tables away and their soft vibes never bothered our talk. Wonderfull take on spinach Benedict over croissant and they do know how to crisp bacon. French toast with raspberry topping better than lemon pancakes but not by much. Great service with never a need to call for refills, but never rushed.
We all enjoyed a very lovely dinner with different but equally tasty meals, attentive service and a very pretty room.
Superb service and food. Pricey, but worth it.
Very nice staff and restaurant just felt There were not a lot of choices on the menu
Expensive but lovely
WONDERFUL bday treat.
We had a great time.
JUst expensive and need to remember
Maybe more appetizer to share items.
Outstanding place for Brunch! Their eggs benedict was the best I have ever had. Excellent Cappuccino too. Extensive menu and outstanding service!! I will be back soon!
This is not the good old high French cuisine that pre covid reviews are talking about.
The chef left and the restaurant increased prices but lowered the quality of the food.
Cooked meals were terrible.
Chicken dish was dry and chewy. Sauce was rationed.
Halibut was okay, nothing special.
Mash potatoes was cleverly described as different for both dishes but were the same.
The only good thing was the Seafood platter we ordered as an appetizer. nice oysters from east and west coasts, tasty shrimp and salmon butter. Perfect for sharing between 2, or max 3 people. The grilled bread included with the plate was a perfect combination, but some of it was burned, which should have been thrown away and not served.
Oh, the starter bread was stale.☹️
The restaurant presents themselves as a luxury french restaurant but for the price point they charge they don’t deliver. Disappointed.
Food was good but at those prices it should have been great. Same thing with the service, not nearly as high quality as the cost might indicate.
While our server was a little curt and standoffish (I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt; could have been a rough day/time), the food was excellent and we will definitely go back.
It doesn't matter how stressful the work week has been as soon as I enter the Brasserie for their Sunday Jazz Brunch I start to unwind. Everyone is so courteous, friendly, professional and the music is so good and the food is so good - the experience is just wonderful.
The staff are like family to me.
Great option for brunch.
Trio provided lovely entertainment.
Everything was perfect. Excellent service!!!
The steak knives( I sampled two) were terribly dull. They need to be sharpened or replaced.
Perfect atmosphere to reconnect with old friend. Excellent service… did not feel rushed
Great food and service.
Limited menu but good wine selections by glass and excellent cocktails. My wife’s roasted chicken need more herbs and pizazz. My halibut was excellent. Server was really helpful and quite gracious and efficient.
Sadly we had lovely service, but food was disappointing. Tasteless onion soup, entrees appetizer sized and everything overpriced
I don’t ever write a bad review but we took our daughter for her birthday and we’re very disappointed. Ok ambiance. Beautiful hotel! Everything about the restaurant is fair at best. Not wort the $500 we spent. Too many great restaurants in the city to waste a meal here. Go for a n overpriced drink and then go out to eat!
