    Tucked behind frosted glass doors, and accommodating parties up to 10 beneath an impressive chandelier, our Owner’s Table offers the private dining feel your group has been looking for. Traditionally we have not guaranteed seating, but now through OpenTable Experiences, we are able to set aside a few of our best tables each night. The $5/pp fee reserves seating at one of these tables. There is a 20% service charge included, which allows us to pay a professional wage to our service teams. No additional gratuity is necessary. Reservation fee is non-refundable.

I get downloading the menu off the bar scan, but having you and your guests to place the order on your phone was ridiculous. The time the hostess and the servers spent on explaining the process and answering our questions about items on the menu, then double checking our orders.... The servers could have taken our orders in less time and then they add 20% tip automatically . My entree was dry not worth the cost

When you arrive, you are directed to scan a QR code to access the menu. Then you order and pay online at your table. A 20% service charge is automatically added to your bill as a tip. The food is good. The steamed shrimp were fresh and delicious and the asparagus was very tasty. The burger was also enjoyable.

It was just a very frustrating experience. We had issues with the app - it wasn’t letting some of us pull up the menu, it was confusing, it repeatedly asked for card info. We were told they had no physical menus and could not take any physical payments so we absolutely had to use the app. We all put our food orders in at the same time on our phones, but mine came out a full 10 minutes before my parents’ entrees came out. My dads biscuits were undercooked and doughy, and when he asked for new ones, got two more doughy ones. When it was time to pay on the app we had to enter our card info again. And on top of that, the app added on a mandatory 20% service charge. If we had tipped, we would absolutely not have given a 20% tip based on our experience so we did not like not having any option.

No waiter assistance at all until we asked for someone 20 minutes after being seated. No one even came over to say they’d be with us shortly or give us water, we had to try and stop someone walking by. When we finally did, the waiter took another 10 minutes to come over but the person we spoke to ask where our waiter was started rambling about things that made us very uncomfortable. We had to put in all of our orders through a QR code which is normally fine, but at a place that is supposed to be upscale and charge the prices they do, you would think they would simply just have a waiter come and take your order with pen and paper rather than not interacting with us at all. They seem more like food runners than waiters. When we checked out on the QR code, they automatically added a 20% tip that you could not adjust but called it “service charges” but it was exactly 20% of what our bill total was before tax. We will not be dining at this location anymore. The one is Rockett’s landing is way more classy and upscale so we will be going there from now on. The food is great regardless of location, but if you’re looking for quality service, do not go to the short pump location. 100% the Rockett’s landing location is 1000x better.

Had to order on an iPad. The waiter could have taken our order in a lot less time than it took to explain how to use the iPad. Very impersonal. Would not go back.

The ordering system is juvenile. We felt like we were ordering at a Wawa kiosk. It took the waiter 20 minutes to explain how to order food and drinks on your phone (we had a party of 9) and he could have just taken our order in 5 minutes. We had to input a credit card before ordering and a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill. We will never go back.

Their Thanksgiving offering leaves much to be desired. For the price of $48 per person, it was a buffet without the traditional Thanksgiving sides and the selections were very limited. It was definitely not worth the price. Will not go there for Thanksgiving again.

Great atmosphere, amazing food, and kind and attentive staff. Went for happy hour and the drinks were amazing as well as all the food we ordered. We had constant stops at the table to insure we were okay, and were enjoying our meals. If you need a nice place for dinner or even just to get a cocktail, this place is a wonderful place to do just that.

Brunch food was terrible. Service? There is no service. Customers are expected to do everything from viewing the menu on a phone, ordering on the phone, and paying on the phone. Waiter rarely came by. And a 20% service charge was added automatically. What service?

Please stop with the table phone ordering using the QR code!! No one else is doing this anymore and it totally takes away from the dining experience. If I had known that was still going on, I would not have made a reservation here. This establishment is way to high class to not have a proper menu and one server assisting you.

This restaurant is using QR codes and the organization of that was chaos. Servers kept coming up to our table with incorrect drinks and food for other tables and disrupting our conversations and meals. The prices are much higher than in the past- $14 for a martini and an extra $1.50 for olives, average at best on drinks. With the way your table orders, food and drinks are not coming out together and the tabs to pay are connected. There were plenty of servers waiting on orders to come up which made the QR system seem unnecessary. The auto 20% for a service charge was not worth the poor service we received. The servers were working hard but management needs some work.
