Even though the restaurant was only half full, we were seated at the booth closest to the bathroom. It smelled like seating near an airplane bathroom. The decor was nice and we liked that they had the FSU football game turned on and without the volume. Our waiter was mediocre at best. I I was never asked if I wanted a refill of my Diet Coke. We ordered dessert and we were never asked if we wanted coffee or tea. We had to ask the waiter — he said “I’ll have to go brew it”, as though we were inconveniencing him. And, the coffee came much later than our desserts were presented. The pecan pie was excellent. The peanut butter and chocolate cake was almost inedible; the layers of chocolate cake portion were moist and tasty, but the peanut butter cookie dough layers were so hard, congealed and dense it was impossible to get a fork through it. The carrot cake was just OK, but the portion was quite generous. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the tomato and Gouda soup. The Tomahawk steak was prepared as requested, but it was mediocre and overly fatty. It didn’t help that while we waited for our entrée, the waiter came by to tell us that “our big piece of meat would be coming shortly.” Once the steak was placed on the table, I asked for fresh crack pepper. Instead, the waiter brought shakers of salt and pepper. No bread was offered at any time. The mashed potatoes were very good, the mushrooms were just ok. I frankly felt like, from the moment we walked in, the staff couldn’t wait to clear the restaurant for the evening. Our reservation was for 6:45 PM. Overall, the meal was good. We liked the interior design and music level. We and were able to converse and have an enjoyable evening. However, if you are looking for a fine dining experience, I would, frankly, look elsewhere. For steak dinner, save your money and go to the Outback— the food, wait staff and value are better. Hoping to find a better fine dining alternative for future visits.

We went on a Friday and they had great live music at 6pm. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was really good, perfect serving sizes.

Excellent anniversary dinner. Food was outstanding and options were aplenty. Service was great. Drink selection is also always good, as is dessert options.

Dinner was very good. Had the beef tips as an appetizer, which were delicious and my parter had the crab tostones, which she said were amazing. The had the Sea Bass special for dinner, which was over-the-top amazing, and my parter had the filet, which was cooked to perfection. We ended off the night with the blueberry cheesecake, which was one of the best bites of cheesecake I've ever had. Overall, amazing night with amazing service in a very cool and modern restaurant.

The lobster was amazin! The shrimp Mac and cheese was the ultimate comfort dish. It was devine! I loved the grouper with quinoa and sauce. So flaky and fresh. Ask for Emma she’s a gem!

Once again Blu Halo proved why they’re the best in town! Outstanding attentive service always with a smile!! Best Bloody Mary served anywhere I’ve been in the World (many many stops around the world while in the Navy)!!! My bride had the chicken and waffles which, as normal, the waffle floated on air. Get the bourbon maple syrup as it is so well worth it. The Classic Egg Benedict is rhetorical best of the best. Fresh Hollandaise every single time. Always finish off with the appetizer Cinnamon Roll. Wow!!!

Father’s Day brunch was outstanding and is always a special brunch for our family . The prime rib and raw oysters were excellent . The omelette station was also superior . Our server was one of the best we’ve ever had. We were happy we made our reservations early and it’s now an annual tradition.
