   Enjoyed a fabulous brunch . One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had. Friendly service from all the staff. Lovely ambiance. We will return and will recommend 👍

   First visit to The Black Penny and what a pleasant surprise.We visited the Covent Garden site which was immaculate. The staff were attentive and the food very tasty and fresh. We both had full meals along with drinks and it was delicious. We will definately return when in London next.Well done to everyone at the site and at head office you have set the breakfast bar extremely high.

   The service wasn’t great, there was lack of attention and we had to keep getting the servers attention to order to pay. Our plates sat on the table until we left and we were sat talking for quite some time. No one asked if we wanted any more drinks. After calling the sever over someone else also caught their attention and she went straight to them instead of telling them we were first and would come back to them. This was disrespectful I felt especially as we waited almost 15 mins to order and had to get her attention in the first place. I am a huge fan of the The Black Penny but the service really put me off in this branch.

   Really lovely setting with fantastic food with lovely smiley staff 😍 Our lovely server even sang happy birthday to our friend and presented her with a slice of cake with a candle!

   My girlfriend was not happy with the speed of the service and the size of the orange juice was tiny considering it costs 6 quid. Food was tasty and weather was nice and we could sit outside, inside seemed chill too

   The food was delicious! There were 5 of us (4 and one selective eater). Four of us shared the dished pictured and we loved them all!

    I love it here. The food and service are really good. Staff are friendly. My only complaint is that the food isn’t very hot. This has been my experience every time I’ve been. But it doesn’t stop me returning. My friend and I are vegetarian and they really have the best vegetarian brunch selection in London. Definitely worth a visit.
