Warm, welcoming, intimate and steps away from the Jackson Hole Town Square, The Bistro is the newest concept from restaurateurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman (Fine Dining Restaurant Group). Drawing on inspiration from Parisian style neighborhood brasseries, The Bistro presents modern, comfortable European dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all inside The Cloudveil hotel. The Bistro brings seasonal, beautifully prepared and presented dishes to life with outdoor cafe seating, a stunning zinc bar, fresh oyster bar and a variety of dynamic indoor dining areas. Led by Wine and Beverage Director, Neil Loomis, The Bistro's French-inspired cocktail menu showcases thoughtfully crafted libations, while the European-focused wine list highlights fantastic bottles at every price point. The Bistro's attentive, thoughtful culinary guides offer a truly multifaceted dining experience from start to finish. Whether selecting a house-made pastry and custom coffee creation before setting out to explore Jackson Hole, taking a much-deserved mid-day break with a glass of wine and a seasonal salad or concluding the day around the table with loved ones, The Bistro's expertly presented culinary experience awaits.

    Good food. Very noisy . The chairs are high so could be a problem for older people. A bit pricey but it is Jackson.

    We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Bistro on 2 nights while visiting Jackson Hole. From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and appreciated. Our service was outstanding and the menu selections were varied and didn’t disappoint in quality or preparation. We hope to return again when we visit this beautiful area.

    Restaurant was excessively loud! We were seated opposite the kitchen entrance and heard clanking dishes throughout our meal. Servers congregated right behind us. We wish we requested a different table! We waited 15 minutes to be seated then 10-15 minutes for a server to come to our table. We almost left the restaurant. Processo was not available by the glass, only the bottle. Food was good. We will not return.

    We had the calamari and chick pea fries followed by coq au vin, Bucatini pesto and moules frites. All was excellent and the service was top notch.

    Service and engagement with Nikki is wonderful and we always enjoy a leisurely dinner of fine cocktails and delicious meals! Need to save room for dessert! Thank you for being open during off season!

    Amazing food and always great service. The Huckleberry cheesecake is the best dessert in town! Don’t skip it (it’s seasonal but our hope is that it stays on the menu permanently).

    It is a lovely space. Sort of hotel vibes but warmer. Waiters were attentive and the food was yummy! Our only issue was volume. It was so loud it was hard to hear across the table. Could be a one off on a busy night.
