    The restaurant has the look and feel of a real French bistro, including the Zinc bar top. The food was an excellent quality we had the trout undine service was impeccable. The only shortcoming if any is the wine list was not very large, which is good because it makes my selecting the wine that much easier I would go again the next time I visit Jackson.

    Limited vegetarian options. However, every single vegetarian item on the menu is excellent. We really enjoyed the food and service. Gretchen, our server was amazing.

    Great from start to finish. Very gracious toward helping us pick a wine we liked. The only negative was that the Caesar salad was not worthy of the price. It was lackluster in flavor and appearance/garnishes.

    Great location and atmosphere, but food and service were very average. I had the pork chop, which was a loin chop with very little meat and it was overcooked. The soups were fantastic, but my wife had a crab salad and it was not great. Service was good and then it wasn’t. They let a server go, just as we arrived, as they predicted a slow night. Seemed like it got busy and our server was a bit overwhelmed.

    Lovely dinner, and they are open later then a lot of the restaurants in Jackson. With my flight getting in late, it worked out perfectly. Very tasty, though not the most authentic French bistro, but is rather have good than traditional any day.

     The atmosphere is beautiful. The wine cellar is magnificent and the waiters and waitresses were very compliant. Whatever you needed and the food was extravagant.

    The Bistro has always been a go-to when we fly back into town after being away - last night though it was an elevated experience - excellent service from Ulysses and the rest of the staff.
