   Great cocktails and good food. Food needs some simple tweaks. For example, trout dish is served raw almonds, instead of toasted almonds. Toasting brings out flavor which only takes a minute.

   My girlfriend and I had a great experience at the restaurant, first time visitor's and we were treated so well. The food was SO good, the service was great, atmosphere, everything really well done. Definetly recommend and looking forward to returning.

   The restaurant was *very* loud and difficult for our table to maintain a conversation. The food was meh at best, but it was *very* expensive. We went on a 2-for-one entree night and even with that deal we ended up spending well over $200 for four people (we did share a bottle of wine and a dessert, FWIW). Our server was a bit aloof and made us feel like he didn't really want to be helping us, but in his defense it could have been mostly due to the fact that he also had trouble hearing us due to the noise level. Anyway, I appreciate them being open during the off-season, and I appreciate the 2-for-1 deal, but I can't say I would recommend this restaurant to anyone based on my multiple experiences similar to this one.

   Fabulous restaurant . The service was great from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The service in the restaurant is incredible...and the food...even better if that is possible!!! We will be back...thank you for a great experience .

    Great locals benefit in the shoulder seasons-food was great as usual-consistently good every time. Our server was attentive with a great personality. Best part was my husband got the fried chicken before it sold out! Thanks for a great experience, as usual!

    We went for the off-season "2nd dinner for $2" deal. A god way to explore the top end of the menu. It took a long time for one glass of wine to appear. The food came promptly, however. The bread had a very hard crust and crumbs went all oner the table. I seem to recall that last year the bread basket had a small paper (?) napkin in it to slow the scattering.

    the food overall was good...2 of us had the biscuits and gravy. the gravy was look warm at best but tasted good. The plates were also not hot...that could be a reason things cooled off quickly. The server was asked to modify the omlette that another of our dinners had asked for, she wanted bacon instead of the bison sausage. We don't know if that was relayed to the kitchen or not because the substitution wasn't made.

    Our waitress Taylor was so knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, she truly made the experience so fantastic! Our meals were absolutely exquisite with the presentation, balance of the dishes and overall cooking of proteins. We were out seeking a good dinner to help us celebrate our honeymoon and The Bistro at the Cloudveil absolutely exceed all our expectations. If you are looking to enjoy every aspect of your dinning experience this would be the place to go. We tried several of everything, hors d’oeuvres, mains, cocktails and desserts. There was honestly nothing we didn’t enjoy.

    The Bistro serves brunch/lunch till 3 then dinner at 5. Our Easter brunch was excellent and those dining included some families post-church. The setting is contemporary and lively. The menus is full of tasty and unique options plus the usual egg and potato standards. .

    One of my best dinners at Jackson. Food and service were excellent. We had tuna tartare, escargots and foie gras to start. For entrees, pork chop and steak frites. Everything was very good. Only area for improvemente, the service was TOO quick. We would've liked some more time. We felt they were trying to get rid of us.

    We had an early dinner, and were pleased with everything. Service was warm and attentive. The ambiance is both classic and contemporary French Bistro style. The food was wonderful. I'm sure that was the best pork chop and meat loaf we've ever eaten. We will come back for sure!

    I love all your establishments and have for 16 years. And I’ve never leave complaints, ever. This is a suggestion. I had the pork chop and sautés greens last night. The chop was great however the chop and greens were excessively salted. Personally, I believe salt should enhance and it should not go beyond the tastable threshold but, of course that highly subjective. It is a personal preference, of course. In this case it was very salty, as was my daughters sautés greens. (Her meatloaf was great). Perhaps when it comes to meat and vegetables (not cooked up dishes on which salting through stages is required) it might be best to go very lightly and let the customer bring it up to their own desirable level. I write this with trepidation because I never want to be considered a whiney customer. Always a happy customer. Thanks! Tim Rieser

    Went there on the last night of 4. If I went on the first I would have gone there all four. Quail and Venison were perfect. Others had Roasted chicken and Grouper. They loved it. Table next to us had the Wednesday fried chicken special. It looked fantastic. Don’t miss this place.

    Such fantastic service. We stopped in for our Anniversary/my Birthday dinner and the staff really went out of their way to make us feel pampered. My husband is a chef and I’m a former restaurant manager so those little details don’t go without notice and mean the world. Thanks for making our celebration so special!

    It was a busy Saturday night but we felt alittle neglected. The food portions were tiny. Our Medium steak came out very rare. When the food came back the sautéed mushrooms were gone. The 8 ounce filet looked closer to 6 Oz. Overall we were just alittle disappointed given the high cost.

    I was visiting my former hometown & we decided to have a late lunch at The Bistro. Even though we arrived just shortly before the kitchen was to close until the dinner seating, we were seated at a lovely table. Our server was helpful and attentive and did not rush us to finish our delicious meal. We lingered long after the kitchen had closed the lunch service, but continued to receive friendly service after our server had gone for the day. The food at The Bistro is always impeccable and beautifully presented by charming and efficient servers. I look forward to dining here again on my next trip.

    Simply excellent food with exceptional service. Very friendly staff. Did not expect such fine dining with top restaurant service in Jackson, Wyoming but there it was. Will surely return the next time when skiing at Jackson Hole.
