the staff of the restaurant was extremely unpleasant, they constantly looked at us mockingly and talked among themselves thinking that we don't understand their language, they insulted us on a national basis (crazy Serbs).. the food was excellent, that's the only reason why I would go back there!

Food was amazingly good, the service could be little more better. Servers were nice, but they cheked only once our table to ask was everything ok or did we needed anything else. Over all it was a nice experience and will recommend! Thank u ❤️

Great experience as always. The main courses and the dessert were amazing the service was friendly and professional. The tuna tartare was a small portion didn’t have too much taste and the restaurant is very pricey in general.

our go to restaurant / bistro for fresh seafood! never fails with the quality! it’s a simple enough place that you don’t feel it’s stuffy! prices are fair if you order from menu and not pick your own fresh choices from the ice display. overall a nice place to dine!

Staff were extremely helpful during choice of delicious seafood and throughout the whole evening. The food taste was amazing. Entirely worth the visit and completed a wonderful time in Budapest.

We were a party of 4 and our experience was very good. The greeting into the establishment was warm and friendly, with some smiling too - and that is huge in Budapest. We were served and assisted very well. I like the 'market' experience, where you choose your food off a board and a display and order by the bar. The food choice we made was safe. traditional Hungarian fish soup was good as were the paella and fried calamari. The food bill was a bit on the high side, but that is something that surprised me across Budapest actually - everything is so expensive. And Bigfish is on a high street, so all in all the price tag makes sense. All in all, I would recommend Bigfish Seafood, it's very good service with just the right amount of choice and variety of dishes.

Plates were cleared before everyone had finished eating which is rather rude. We were not asked if we wanted to order any more wine and glasses were cleared once empty. We were not hurried to leave so I don’t understand why the servers were so quick to clear the table. We often visit Big Fish when staying in Budapest but staff are never particularly friendly or welcoming and prices are not cheap.

Great concept with lovely fresh fish. Staff very helpful and friendly. We returned for a second meal during our stay as we had enjoyed it so much! The restaurant was not overly busy on either visit which I can only assume is because of the prices as the food is delicious and consequence is great service. I would definitely visit Big Fish again when next in Budapest.

Came to celebrate my moms birthday the food was excellent and came very fadt. The staff was really nice and even gave some coloring pencils and sheets for my kid. Defenetly will come back amd recomend everybody
