The Barn at Blue Wren Farm offers a relaxed dining experience with a focus on simple, seasonal, delicious food.

Contemporary Italian inspired food done well, we believe in simplicity. We take the highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on, sourced as locally as possible, and do the minimum to allow it to speak for itself.

Our wine list showcases the amazing wines produced in Mudgee and our wider region, complemented by an array of boutique beers and other drinks.

Fabulous spot for lunch if visiting Mudgee just outside of town. Service was friendly. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. You can purchase some of the local produce & wine. Food was exceptional

One of the best lunch spots in Mudgee. The only way to improve it would be to increase the size of the wine list with more Mudgee wines on it.

Fantastic high quality meal. The BEST we had in Mudgee and we visited all the top options. Every dish was wonderful. Vegetarian / pescatarian options were brilliant. Chef did a wonderful job. Thanks to Nick as well for the great service. Highly recommended. ☆☆☆☆☆

We visited The Barn over Easter on a Sunday night. We had eaten at all the other recommended venues in Mudgee over the long weekend, but The Barn was the standout. Excellent, friendly service, great decor & drinks …but the food was outstanding. Our only regret is that we can’t visit every weekend! Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the venue, it’s people & most importantly the product. Well done! Regards Glenn & Lea

The Barb is incredible! We’ve been multiple times and always recommend our family and friends to go aswell. Sophie and the team are always amazing, they have exceptional customer service. The food is incredible, the menu rotates, and the atmosphere lovely. Can’t wait to come back again!
