This was our second attempt and it failed miserably. We arrived and waited for our bowling lane and table to be "ready" but my husband went to the washroom and noticed that the lane we ended up in was ready well before they seated us. After being seated with menus we were told someone would be right by to help us. Nope. Didn't happen until 45 minutes later. The last time we went, the same thing was happening but my husband went to find a server. This time we decided to just bowl and wait. After 45 minutes, someone finally came to offer us water. I explained the situation and she was very apologetic but we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. We won't be going back. The food on our first visit was underwhelming and the service for both visits was horrible. Such a waste of a great location.

Extremely slow service and bad service. They rush you to order food, then it takes 20 minutes for beer and 40 minutes for a sandwich to arrive.

Group of 12. We waited over 40 minutes for our shared appetizers, which we were still eating when our mains came. Over 15 minutes for some drinks. Very noisy, we had to yell to visit. Most of the food was mediocre/cold. Wouldn't bring group here again, unfortunately.

Super nice patio - have been before and was great. Went on Wednesday after grade 12 grad. Arrived at 12:45. Drinks were good but food had issues. They were clearly under staffed despite having grads all week at U of C. Server was super friendly but were clearly not prepared - from the time we sat down it took 2 hours to get food to our table. One of the meals we could not eat (burger was raw inside - fully red meat). Drinks took 20-25 mins. We spent about 3 hours there, will go again as have been impressed before but this wasn’t great.

We went in Saturday night for dinner. Service was great. There was lots of staff around the restaurant. We ordered drinks and they were quite delicious. The food was good and hot with lots of choices for another visit. Will definitely come back.

Great place overall Kids had a blast bowling A bit load and overstimulating, but really like the combination of a good place to eat, visit, and having a fun activity for the kids.

Made a reservation for Mother's Day brunch. Hostess was welcoming. Seated quickly but did not meet our waitress for a while. She was not very attentive and, considering it was Mother's Day brunch, no acknowledgement towards the day/mothers, no clarification of the menu (regular menu not available, only the Mother's Day one which we found out while ordering - and no special mention about the mom receiving one free appetizer or entree). Took our drink order, dropped them off and asked if there was anything else we needed "yes....we are ready to order" by this point, we had been seated for 20 mins. Order taken, food brought, food eaten, no asking about needing refills or more water for the jug/carafe on the table, (food was not as good as I hoped but it did the trick), plates cleared and the wait for the bill started zzzzzzz, bill given, hovered as I decided on a tip (rude), bill paid, not one "thank you! Happy Mother's Day! Have a good day!" First and most likely last time we come here

We’ve been coming here since it first opened — always for lunch or dinner, and it’s consistently exceptional! The food has always been great, and we’ve never had any real issues. This time, we decided to try brunch, and I am not sure if we will try it again. The hashbrowns were bland and tasted like oil (none of us ate them), and the scrambled eggs lacked any real flavor — they barely even tasted like eggs. It was as if, for this one meal, they forgot to season anything. The other meals at the table were good, but this particular dish (Classic Bacon and Eggs) was a disappointment. Despite this, we’ll definitely be back for lunch and dinner! The service was exceptional, and the ambiance remains as comfortable and welcoming as ever. We just hope the brunch dishes can rise to the same standard as the rest of the menu.

We booked bowling for my daughters 4th birthday, the hostess started the bowing lane for us and it was 15 minutes later I had to go and get a server to finally come to our table and bring the kids some waters. I had to find someone else again to finally place our order for food and then when our food arrived we made sure we still had a table to eat at as bowling tables are only booked for 1 hr which was how long it took to get a grilled cheese and a kids pizza.Thankfully our kids got to eat before being moved.
