   Didn't have enough Peking Duck for all attendees. Ran out during dinner, at a Chinese Nee Year Dinner. Served a platter of dim sum at the end of dinner, after everyone had finished their meal and guests had already started to leave. The dim sum pieces were also cold and many of the platters were left untouched. Many of the servers were inexperienced and standing around. We had to keeping looking for servers to assist.

   Impeccable service. However the duck ran out a little too early and I was too late to get a piece. Otherwise the food quality and choices are good. I would say the whole package was very competitive compared to outside Chinese restaurants. The young people did a great job performing the lion dance !

   Our server, Dorothy, provided top-notch service and did a wonderful job. Dining at the Granite Club made me feel at home.

   Not a huge variety of food for the price. The service charge for a buffet was very high Chair coverings looked cheap Table arrangements looked like an after thought Gift had zero effort put in / no wrapping / looked like purchased from Home Depot Floral arrangement in front of ballroom on Saturday were wilted Used to have petting zoo and crafts for kids / Easter egg hunt was poorly executed and just a bit sad Seemed like minimal care and effort was put into planning of this event compared to pre/COVID events / it was a disappointment and not something we’d share with friends or family

   Everything was great. Just the Roast Beef was great but not as perfect as that before Covid.

   Hi The roast beast.. It did not have much taste rather disappointing. It is the cow and not the Chef. It was missing some "fat". Also the Salomon was over cooked and the crumbled. The attendant did slice the salomon "Wellington" it a bit thin. Other wise it was a nice evening. There were not many young families. It was a bit "pricey" for a buffet on a Friday night.
