    Very brief menu. Neither server nor cook she asked knew what kind of crab was in the crab cakes other than, it is white lump meat. They have a bucket of mimosas for 2 or 4 which is not well explained. I would have been a better value to order individual mimosas. The place is beautiful. Staff was friendly.

    I usually love the Aviary! Our waitress was phenomenal! The food wasn’t as great as it usually is! There were a couple other issues but I enjoyed the company I was with! I’ll give it one more try

    Great meal! Waitress was fantastic and took very good care of our gluten-free needs. Steaks had to be refired, but came out perfect the second time.

    Very Disappointing Easter Brunch Experience Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this restaurant, and I left feeling extremely disappointed. While we were seated on time, we had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive. When it did, it was cold, and the presentation was not at all what I was expecting. I had the pancakes returned because they were cold, only for them to come back lukewarm, with butter on the side and cold syrup. The Eggs Benedict were unappealing, and when I requested extra sauce on the side, it arrived cold. The waitress seemed to avoid checking on us, which I suspect was due to how poorly the kitchen was handling orders that day. Overall, the experience was a letdown.

    Great server Nicole. Compliments to the chef. Salmon was delicious. Cooked just right as well as the mashed garlic potatoes and the asparagus. We will be back.

    Sent a note to the restaurant before leaving this review but there was no resolve or ownership on their part. I began to eat my meal and within the 2nd bite, chewed something solid- so took it out (thinking it was a bone). Then it happened again and a bunch of pieces were then collected. With further review, they weren't bones but instead were wooden pieces (maybe skewers) in my chicken dish. The table next to ours got served about 2 minutes after us and noticed my concern and asked what to look for and we compared dishes. He had no objects/wood pieces. When our server came over I had collected 6-7 pieces and asked her to look. She agreed not to eat it. I asked her if maybe a cooking utensil split since I identified they weren't bones. She said she would ask the Kitchen staff. She came back (without the plate) and reluctantly said they said it was probably the spices they use. The man next to us said he didn't order his same meal "without spices" so was as appalled as we were. Since this all took some time, she returned with the check soon after, and the meal was still on the bill. I asked if that was a mistake and she said she was unsure why and went to speak to the manager. She came back and said the manager said we had to pay because I "chose" not to eat the meal. Mindblown! I wish I had taken a picture! Needless to say, we paid the bill and tip (our server did feel bad and was as confused as we were, and having to be the go-between she deserved every penny)! I did write to the restaurant with the details above and the response given was that they would investigate this matter and hoped we would return in the future. I did send a response back to ask about the "investigation" and the concern for safety but have not received a response back in days. Definitely feel unvalued.
