    Food and service were great. Blinds in the windows should be angle upward in the early evening sunlight and the music was too loud. Or we were under a speaker in the room to the right.

    Everything was great except the wait. If you are going on a busy night be prepared to not be seated for 30 minutes, regardless if you have a reservation or not. There is no time limit on dining which pushes later reservations back. Other than that, everything was perfect.

    Tonight we took two of our friends to dinner. Everything was perfect. We requested Yusef for your server who not only suggested the outstanding special of chateaubriand for two but the wine to accompany with it. What more could you ask for?

    Always have had great food at Avenue but we were really disappointed this time. We both ordered our usual, the Steak Frites with the Tavern Salad. The salads were over-dressed and the my skirt steak had no sear, a strange texture and was so salty it was essentially inedible, as if it had been over-marinated and too wet when it was grilled. My companion said his steak was ok but he wouldn’t order it again.

    The Avenue never disappoints! Service, food, atmosphere are all great. Cameron Mitchell hit a home run with this restaurant. We have been there many times and it has become a favorite of ours. We had friends with us this time who had not been to The Avenue before and they loved it!

    There for our anniversary. Wanted two glasses of champagne. They were out of the champagne that’s available by the glass— no I do not prosecco instead. No we don’t want an entire bottle of champagne. So no alcohol to celebrate. The bread rolls are normally fantastic. Tonight the texture was like they had been nuked to warm them. Such a disappointment. Scallops and steak were great. Overall disappointing.

    Our server, Aubrey was great! The food was excellent and prepared perfectly. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend!!

    We had a fantastic experience at The Avenue Steakhouse in Grandview last night. The atmosphere was cozy and upscale without feeling stuffy, and the service was attentive and personable from start to finish. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The sides and cocktails were just as impressive, and everything came out at a perfect pace. Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion. We'll definitely be back!

    100/10 experience from the second we walked in to when we walked out. Amazing food, service and vibe. We had our two school aged kids with us and our server was amazing with them!

    Got the hanger steak and halibut special and had a side of Brussels. Everything was great and the dirty martinis were good as they use real blue cheese in the olives and not the fake gritty cheese found in most. Wasn’t our first time and we’ll be back again. Specialty bourbon prices were laughable but that was the only negative. Service was great.
