    We began with the tasty Parmesan green bean appetizer, split the bone-in ribeye and baked potato, added an extra salad, and a nice wine with service by Yusef, for a wonderful evening.

    We were entertaining csome friends from New York City. They loved the feel of the restaurant and the food. They LOVED our favorite waiter, Yusaf. He made great wine and food suggestions. It was an enjoyable evening for all.

    We normally don’t eat out on Friday/Saturday due to how busy places can be. But had family in and wanted to take them out. A couple of issues but not deal breakers. A table next to ours couldn’t get modified from a 6 to 4 top. They brought out a hammer to try and fix it. It was rather distracting for awhile. We waited what seemed extra long for our food (we were 6). But when it came it was excellent. Bread service was good. Drinks were good too. Steaks pork chops and branzini all good.

    The Ave never disappoints! One of the friendliest places ever. Traveling across the country there are very few if any other places on auto dial! We just need and will find more reasons to do business in Columbus OH!
