   Could not have been happier with the evening. The manager was so accommodating with our last minute addition of another person. Server was top notch and timed the flow of courses perfectly. Though at first I didn’t think our party wanted to sit in the back room but it turned out to be the best! We could actually talk and hear everyone. Thank you CM for another great dining experience!

   My steak was cooked to perfection. Our server was excellent. Good was out in a timely fashion- we didn’t feel rushed and weren’t waiting.

    We come there very often but this time the food took almost an hour to come out. We addressed with the server in a nice manner, mostly asking if they are shorted staffed in the kitchen because it took a long time for the food to be out, and he said that it was spaced in purpose after the salads? We were 4 people and only one had a salad, the rest of us including a 7 y old waited hungry for the food to come out. It’s sad that the server did not realize nor did anything about that. My steak came out bloody instead of well done (shared some with my child so wanted it well done). After waiting for so long already for the food , he took it back and they cooked the same steak more, which is fine, but the green beans were brought back still in the blood from the meat.

    We all had the scallops and we all felt they could have be hotter. Had a side of creamed spinach and parsley potatoes that were good but also could have been hottter.

    Was recommended but unfortunately fell short. Food was ok but at least it was expensive. Biggest complaint was the service. From the host to our server, they presented an aura of "couldn't be bothered." Our server was pushing/pouring wine to the large table to clearly sell more bottles. Rookie move. She set out new glasses for a new bottle when we hadn't even finished the glass from the first set of bottles. I would have said something but was with a client. Will never go back.

    Seating area for 6 was very tight. For the most part, the food was very good. But, the ribeyes were not cooked properly. Came out too rare

    I took mr former college roommate from the early 1970’s to The Avenue for a Happy Hour birthday celebration. All of the 4 appetizers were delicious! We celebrated with an Old Fashion and a spicy Bloody Mary. The service was excellent and the ambiance the best! We had a lovely get together!

    As always, our HH evening was perfect! We have never had a negative experience at The Avenue in Dublin! The food and drinks are always spot on but what makes the experience always perfect is the wait staff! Last night we were pleasantly served by Emily and it is always great to chat with Mattey.     We celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary at The Avenue. We throughly enjoyed our evening. Michael our waiter did a wonderful of taking care of us even the restaurant was full. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was excellent and had a wonderful experience. It was a little louder than we were used to, but that did not take away from the experience very much.

    Our server went above and beyond for my birthday dinner! All the food was delicious, and they let me choose whatever dessert I wanted for free. We didn’t feel rushed. It was lovely.
