The Ashburn, An American Gastropub O'Hare was Inspired by Chicago's first airport, Ashburn Flying Field.

The Ashburn is an American gastropub that celebrates the heritage and tradition of aviation. Our offerings include unique twists and modern interpretations of classic American cuisine in a contemporary and relaxed gastro pub setting. We offer an inventive menu of signature cocktails, micro brews and a broad selection of world-renowned wines.

In addition to our Main Dinning Room we also offer a lunch and late night menu served in The Ashburn's Bar. Monday- Sunday our bar is open from 11:00am until 1:00am.

Leisurely afternoon lunch was relaxing with excellent service from Maria. The Bloody Mary was perfectly spiced paired well with the generous Reuben & handcut fries. Easily accessible as a guest in Lowe's hotel which was not the case for us. Park in garage and take elevator to hotel lobby, the lovely hostess Marissa awaits your arrival.

Nice people, delicious food, beautiful decor in the main dining room. I could do without the TV screens in the bar, but everything else was perfect.

Associated with the Loews Chicago O'Hare hotel, The Ashburn is a step above a normal hotel restaurant. We had lunch which offered a wide range of alternatives. The Caeser salad with grilled shrimp was excellent, fresh and tasty. It was perfectly dressed with the house created Caesar dressing, with white anchovies, of course. Other offerings looked delightful with the Chef's attention to detail obvious. Service was appropriately attentive for our business luncheon, accommodating without hovering. For a business luncheon near O'Hare, this was a great find. Valet parking was complimentary, which was also a nice touch.

The host was extremely rude. We arrived with a reservation and told us sit anywhere. But there were no tables available except high tops which we selected regular tables. He was extremely abrasive and confrontational. The food was great but my experience was slightly jaded dude to the very unprofessional hit. It wasnt even busy, I will probably not dine here again to the uncomfortably the hit has presented

Went there for the first time before a show at Rosemont Theater. I was blown away by the service we received. It was like we had been going there forever. Everyone was so friendly. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the choices on the menu. My wife and I ordered different things and we both raved at how good they were. She had the salmon & I had steak . Both cooked perfectly. Finished off our meal with excellent desserts. On our way out, I had to stop by the kitchen and tell the chef "Thank You". I would recommend for any occasion.

The food was not very good. The best thing was desert. My daughter had octopus salad that happen to have a shell in it(they made it right by adjusting my bill also apologized). While you were eating your salad they brought your main course so it sat and got cold.
