It is a great bar but I was disappointed in the area that was reserved as I booked it 2 weeks before and the are was not fit for 20 people and was blocking most of the bar

I booked an event for +20 guests and we had two small tables (one of them with high chairs) that would only accommodated around 8/10 people. I called them after making the reservation and explained that we would be a large group 50-60+ and they confirmed that they could accommodated in a "private" area of the bar. Disappointing.

The place is very nice and the menu looks quite good. However, the food was average (salmon was overcooked, and so was the meat in the burgers) and the service was very slow, despite being almost empty. We waited very long for our food and even to ask for the bill we had to chase the waiters. On top of that they charged my card with the wrong amount. The place has potential, but our experience was not very good, we won't come back.

Linus is friendly and welcoming. Come by regularly for the BOGOF burger day, great value; decent burger, very nice fries. Good beer on tap (Notably the Sumo APA). Good seating and ambience.

We had a lovely time once again at the Artisan. We were circa 20 of us and they delivered excellent service even though our reservation was booked last minute!

Was great for a big group of people, easy to book, big table and wasn't too busy so we had lots of space, good music. Only downside was that they had ran of out a few dishes on the menu people wanted to order. Other than that great, would recommend as it is a lovely bar.

Food came 2 hours later and they’d ran out of most of the menu items. We should have been told this in advance so we could leave rather than waiting so long. Staff were sympathetic and did give a massive discount for our troubles. But would not risk coming again
