We have been to Arbour many times and one of our guests ordered a steak medium rare and it was served medium to medium well. Won, our server, saw the consternation and turned away. My guest informed him that the steak was NOT medium rare and Won said that he could bring another steak in 10 minutes. My guest choose to finish eating his steak. The meat was good. To me the server should be attentive to the needs of the guests and if the kitchen did not prepare what was ordered, it should be CORRECTED. The beet salad, chili, mushroom soup were good. there was a difference of opinion regarding the bucatini whether it was ok or good.

This was a nice evening for a special occasion. The food was good, the cocktails were interesting, and the service was attentive without being overly so.

Not a place for little kids. It was good, but next time we will get a babysitter.

This is my fourth time to Arbour in Pasadena. It is my wife ‘s Birthday and this is one of her favorite restaurant. Last time she ordered the Pork chop and it was so tender and juicy so this time we both ordered the pork chop again. Unfortunately this time was totally opposite, it was dried and hard like a rock. What a disappointment but luckily our waitress Bridget saw the problem and offered us another one. The manager also came by and I guess verify the problem. Finally they brought out the replacement and it was so much better. I guess it was way over cooked or something. They also offered us a complimentary dessert.
We will go back again and hopefully it will not be any surprise because we really like the place and services.

The only thing that I didn’t like was happy hour is only at the bar. The octopus and calamari appetizers were amazing.

Limited menu but what is offered it very good. The beet salad is fresh and tasty with just enough dressing. My guest had the avocado toast which she loved. I had the steak salad which was so good. The meat was tender and plentiful. Loved the fried onions on it. However, the best was the dessert: berries with lemon curd, sunflower brittle (YUM!) and shortbread cookies. So simple, but absolutely delicious! I will definitely return.
Parking behind the restaurant is FREE. Great Lake Street location.

The Arbour is a wonderful reminder that one does not need to travel to Hollywood or the West Side to have an exquisite meal in a beautiful space.

We are regulars and it has never disappointed us. The menu is innovative with a few new offers each time but also with some standards we like, such as the spicy tagliatelle. Good atmosphere and relatively quiet, especially lunch time. At dinner when the restaurant is fuller, one can still hear the table conversation.

Celebrated New Year’s Eve dinner at the Arbor. Special 3 course menu was delicious. Started with cocktail “Last Year”. I hope it’s added to the regular menu, delish! Had yellowtail appetizer, scallops for 2nd course & strawberries with lemon curd for dessert. All were fantastic. Service was great as well.

We went for New Years Eve which was the reason why not all categories outstanding, a busy night is always a challenge. We have been three or four other times and NYE was actually better than previous visits. Coincidentally the owner came to say hello and she recognized us as we used to be neighbors. I ran into a friend the next day who liked the owners when they were at Drago.

Food was prepared properly and was amazing. The appetizer would have been fine for a meal and the cheese plate for desert would have fed four!

Drinks and wine selection is better than one would expect to see for a place of this size. The selection is tough, do I do alcohol, beer, or wine?

We can walk there so I might just have to fit this in on my walking route at happy hour!

I really enjoy this restaurant. Usually outstanding and was a step below this night which is probably because it was December 30 th and it is Pasadena Ca with the Rose Parade and parties.
Am very pleased the restaurant is here.

Great food. Very impressive chef. Prices are quite high and portions are small. A small salad is 12 dollars. That’s crazy.
Great ambiance but the music choices are horrible.
Would like a bigger menu with more vegetarian options.

I had really enjoyed the Arbour in the past, but was really disappointed in the meal I ordered this time. I had the scallops and I did not like the way they were prepared. A strong smokey flavor was very off putting and to my taste did not compliment the lightness of scallops.

The service was efficient and good. I guess I could have sent my dish back--but I thought it might be just a matter of preference and that others would enjoy it.

Everything was quite enjoyable. The service was exceptional especially since there were several large parties being served. My only complaint is that I think the salads (both the Ceasar and the Chopped leave a bit to be desired. They are both fine, but just fine.....absolutely no zing.....

Popped in for lunch and the place was empty. Maybe that should have been the first clue There were 2 tables with groups and then my table and one another. Food was mediocre at best. I had the chopped chicken salad which had no flavor whatsoever and it was barely chopped. The salad dressing was awful. My associate had the sea bass and the portion was tiny. Over priced for the meal. Service was ok. There were more servers than patrons so I would expect stellar but it wasn’t . The ladies room had a smell that beyond awful. We each had a cocktail. Bill was almost $100. Only positive was free parking in back. Not a place worth visiting again.

What a wonderful dining experience for entertaining friends as we have dined at The Arbour several times before and had a birthday party there as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails & appetizers, entrees and dessert. The Bison Steak Tartar was excellent, the entrees we enjoyed were superb: the pork chops, scallops and yellow tuna ahi--- so beautifully presented. The finishing desserts were excellent as well: their special pumpkin pie and their special updated version of the CA baked alaskan. Jake was our friendly and attentive Server.
Thanks for a great time ... a must place for dining !!!

I used to love The Arbout. This lunch was not up to their usual standard.

I ordered the cheeseburger. The bottom of the bun was nearly black — which probably was a clue about the meat patty. I ordered it medium rare. It was over cooked and hard as a rock.
I brought it home for my dogs and they sniffed at it. They usually scarf meat parties down immediately.

This the 3rd time here in a month. This time we tried the Pork Chop and Blue Fins Tuna. They were both great. Service was good as usual. Next time we will try the ribeye steak. Stay tune.
