   Wonderful place for dinner or even drinks. The food was excellent and well priced. Steak is truly worth it. The service of the food was a tad slow, so it extended our meal a bit. Will definitely go back!!!

   We had a great time at the Apparatus Room. I hadn't been then in several years. The updated decor looked very warm and welcoming. Our chairs were cozy and comfortable. The food was delicious and our server, Rona, was excellent. I'll definitely go back.

   We attended a Wine and Vibes event in the Apparatus Room. What an experience. We do these often and have to say… this was one of the best. Thank you

   We enjoyed our time at Apparatus Room; the food and service were excellent. We had a mix of entrees, appetizers, and oysters. Everything was prepared with care and, more importantly, tasted great. The desserts were excellent too, especially the basque cheesecake. We all agreed we’d love to go there again soon.

   Excellent food and service! It's extremely loud and very open seating. If you're looking for a relaxing, easy conversation experience, this is not the place. I'll definitely be back for the food (scallops were awesome)!

   This was a rare treat and I was really looking forward to it, it exceeded all my expectations. The service was amazing, paying attention to all the details, personable and professional staff. The food was outstanding. Unique, delicious, fresh and the mocktails were delicious. Loved!

   Came to the Apparatus room to celebrate my bday this year! Overall had a great time. We came with 8 people, we were there for 2 hours and it didn’t even feel like it. The food was amazing, I got the sourdough pancakes and breakfast potatoes, those potatoes were sooo crispy!! The espresso martinis are amazing and they gave us a bottle of champagne. The vibes of this place are absolutely the best. Definitely coming back very soon!

    Excellent food - full of flavor ! Had breakfast and chose the shakshuka and the firehouse breakfast with breakfast potatoes and coffee. Everything was properly prepared and very tasty, the shakshuka was particularly tasty and plentiful. Room half of the portion to go and it was even better next day! Very pleased with the atmosphere, service, cleanliness and noise level in the restaurant. Strongly recommend for breakfast/ brunch. Will review again after a dinner in the future.
