My family and I were super excited that the Anchor is serving food in now. We used to come here all the time before the pandemic and had to make do with takeout. Food was great and it was wonderful to see the friendly staff!

Just got home from an amazing supper at The Anchor. This is my husband's "go to" when he wants a delicious burger. Believe me, he's tried them all and hasn't had one he doesn't like. They cook the meat to his liking which is a plus for him. I on the other hand like to mix it up and try something new, their fish and chips are my favorite. The portions are huge and you do not leave there feeling hungry. The service was just as good as the food. We feel like we're treated like family whenever we go there. I would recommend you giving them a try, you won't be disappointed.

New favorite restaurant! The food is absolutely wonderful, the cocktails are creative and delicious, and the beers are both varied and cheep. It is wonderfully decorated with interesting original artwork and the servers and manager are lovely. We already went back with friends a week later and plan on going more in the future.

The Anchor is a casual, friendly place to have a meal. We've been there when the place is full and is somewhat loud and the service isn't as good and when the place is emptier, quiet and service is great. Either way, we enjoy our time there. They are also supportive of local organizations and causes, which is a plus for us.
