                                                                                        My mom and I ordered salads. They end up being $30 when you add protein. We specifically asked about the type of lettuce for my mom’s beet salad. They said it came with baby gem. I did not notice until I looked over and saw my mom had picked out everything around the lettuce because it was arugula. She does not like arugula which was the point of asking in the first place. I ordered the mushroom artichoke and pistachio salad. It had no pistachios and the salmon was so tiny. I was disappointed. They offered dessert as a comp but we had already been there for over 2 hours being basically ignored. I just wanted to go home. That was my fourth time there. The other 3 times were good enough that I came back for the $30 salad. My dad liked the oysters and my brother liked the lamb chops. They may go back but I won’t be.

                                                                                        Wonderful experience at Amalfi Llama! We celebrated our friend's birthday and everything was fantastic. This was our first time there. The ambiance was nice, the service was A+, and the food was Delicious! We ordered the crab cakes, burrata, and prosciutto pizza to start. And for dinner we had the lamb chops, T-bone steak, branzino, filet and chicken. All were amazing food!! Our server was Brian. And he was absolutely Amazing!! Top notch service! Can't wait to go back again.

                                                                                        This is a must! We absolutely enjoy this restaurant, the food and more than anything the service. We have some how had George for service the last two times and we come in from out of state. The steak, the pasta and the burrata. We always get a bottle of wine not of the list. Go! You won’t be disappointed!

                                                                                        The good, the bad and the ugly. THE GOOD New York Steaks were well cooked to temperature and flavorful. The Asparagus was excellent and served in a very large portion. Cacio y Pepe was good but made with cream. Crab cakes were huge, made with virtually nothing but lump crab and a delight. Service from our waiter was attentive. THE BAD Front reception had 4 people and couldn’t have been more annoyed we were there. Despite an uncomfortable number of open seats we were sat next to the expediting door and directly next to a service shelf/table (more on that later). Dinner for 4 with two teenagers, $600. THE UGLY That service table was pressed to the back of the booth. We were getting slammed into constantly from behind. We asked to move but no seats were available inside by the time it became apparent it wasn’t going to stop. Our waiter apologized but couldn’t control the plethora of staff slamming drawers and kneeing them shut. Overall the meal was good but the lack of interest in service from anyone but our direct server was disturbing. So many staff just standing around. Also, handing guests food on hot plates to hand to other guests rather than walk around the table indicates a lack of training and supervision. Better places for the price nearby.

                                                                                        Excellent meal. Wait staff outstanding! The prices are a bit high for a restaurant in a shopping center. But, I would go there again. Chris, our server, was friendly and very accommodating!
