Overpriced dishes in a disappointing atmosphere. Not returning anytime soon. We had a rather early reservation in order to attend a play thereafter. Despite there being almost no diners in the house and vast amounts of open space in nicer sections, they seated all three groups of guests present at the time into three small tables in a row, on the outer edge of the floorplan, with only moveable partitions separating us from the hallway to the bathroom accessible from the hotel lobby. Despite there being more than double the required number of tables needed to leave one empty table between each party of two or three, the seated us all side by each. No privacy at all, at an establishment that markets itself as being at least somewhat upscale and prices its menu accordingly. So much for a quiet and private early dinner before the show. Honestly, I've had more space and privacy at Boston Pizza at the same time of day. As an omnivorous man who does love his veggies, I very politely asked if my portion of veggies with my meal could be generous. It was definitely not. On the upside, our servers were friendly, the food was flavourful, and service was timely. But those three criteria are also easily found in many other places in town, where menu prices are a much better value and the atmosphere much more pleasant. In the absence of anything that sets this establishment apart to justify the prices, why dine here?

Albion Rooms has a nice atmosphere in a bright space with lots of windows. The food and drinks were well prepared. The server was friendly and attentive.

Great Find at The Albion Rooms! My second dinner, like the first, at The Albion Rooms was fantastic. The food was delicious, with outstanding flavours in every dish. Service was friendly and spot-on. A great spot for a memorable meal—highly recommend!

We had the chefs choice charcuterie and the duck wings. Both were absolutely phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The experience was a little underwhelming. Decor is nice, solid "lounge" architecture and feel. Staff were all pleasant though it seemed like they were a little understaffed, perhaps it was just my server, who seemed new. The biggest letdown was the food. Crab cake starter was ok with standard crab cakes breaded and deep fried and nothing special. The mustard sauce that accompanied them was pretty good though. I had the "10" ounce sirloin which was not 10 ounces (closer to 8) and usually comes with baked potato etc., however I had a green salad instead. Steak was not cooked properly, unrendered fat and not good quality. It was average to low average and not worthy of the $45 price tag. There are better places you can go on a Saturday night.

Service was slow considering we were the only table. Chicken Caesar salad was bland and chicken was very dry. Very disappointing.
