   After orders were placed, nothing happened for over an hour and we had to find the waiter ourselves to check. After another 15 minutes, he comes and tells us that the order was never transmitted to the kitchen and they will start making the food then. It would take another 30 min. At this point, we had awaited 1 hour 15 min and were hungry. We just asked the food to be packed to go and waited until it was done. There was no apology or any discount in the amount charged. On top of that, when we did not leave a tip when we were picking up the takeout food, the waiter asked us why we were not leaving a tip! Will never dine here again.

   The food was served quickly and piping hot. I tried the chicken pad thai...delicious. The mango spring rolls were sooo good. The food was presented in an eye catching way. They used real flowers and cut carrots artistically when presenting the food. The restaurant is located in an old home that is hundreds of years old. The high ceilings and general architecture of the building are lovely.

   Food is wonderful but the service is somewhat slow. Good place to go if you are planning on spending over an hour. It was a perfect place to get together with old friends.

   The food and the service made my first Thai experience great! The portions of food were generous, and I was delighted to know that I could pick from a full range of spiciness--from none to hot. I chose Thai Terrace for hosting 2 out-of-town guests in large part because of the size of its menu. Our server provided friendly, fast service from beginning to end. And all staff were extremely welcoming.

   Shown to our table 10 mins after we arrived, no one ahead us. Took them 10 minutes to clean the table. We sat there for 40 minutes with no one offering a drink or even saying somebody will be with us or any sort of acknowledgement of us being in the restaurant. We just walked out, an evening ruined.

   Worth the trip to Mason. Excellent food and great staff. Great flavor bubble-tea, just right sticky white rice, delicious flavored sauce, fresh vegetables, and super tender chicken.

    The food was very good and priced we'll. The only reason we would go back is the food. Maybe the waiter was having an off night, but service was terrible. We eventually asked the bus boy for more water and pop. He also brought out soup that the waiter forgot. The dining area is small and I didn't like sitting that close to other guests.
