   The chef came out and discussed our entrees and how he could make them vegan for us. christine was amazing as always. She is a star and the best server we have ever had anywhere- she’s a keeper. Food was superb and service perfect!

    I always enjoy the Summit Club! I had the salmon and it was amazing. They have a nice variety of wines that are surprisingly really reasonably priced. Our server Christine always takes phenomenal care of us. She’s so friendly and has an amazing positive attitude and anticipates my every need. I’m always pleased when I find out she’s my server for the evening. Ethan was a water filling ninja! He kept a watchful eye on our table from afar and never let our glasses go empty. Thank you both to Christine & Ethan for taking such good care of us!
