   This evening was quite a memorable birthday celebration. The ambience was good and the staff was pleasant. It's worth another special occasion dining in the future.

   As we entered the door, we were pleasantly greeted even though we arrived late for our reservation. The waitress was very pleasant as well and the food was AMAZING! The juices could've been mixed properly before being served to us but it tasted ok. But we intend to dine again in the near future.

   Our host was extremely attentive and made sure out meals were fresh out of the kitchen, checked in on us all the time to make sure everything was good. Even the manager was present checking on the diners from time to time. The valentines menu was well designed and there was real value for money compared to the other restaurants, Thanks TGIFridays for making our evening a memorable one even though the busy evening

   Overall good experience, service was polite and helpful but could have been more attentive. We consistently got what we requested but we had long waits in between to receive attention Didn't expect that on a Sunday night.

   We visited the Trincity Branch for my husband's Birthday dinner. The appetizer was incredibly cold for some reason. While my husband and son got their orders in a timely manner, mine took forever to arrive and everyone was done eating by the time it came. During this time electricity went and the generator came on after a prolonged period. Not the best experience to date. Our server however made every attempt to salvage what was left of a bad evening.

   This Christmas season, my friends and I wanted to shake things up a bit, so we decided to kick off the festivities with an early Christmas lunch at TGIF Trincity! The staff were super friendly, and our server, Desiann, was amazing at taking our orders for food and drinks. We treated ourselves to the Christmas menu, and let me tell you, everything we ordered was absolutely scrumptious! We didn’t have to wait long at all, and we walked away feeling really satisfied. What a wonderful time! Kudos to the management and staff at TGIF!!

   I recently dined at TGI Fridays, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The menu had such a great variety that everyone in our group found something they loved. The highlight of the evening, though, was our waiter, Zion. He was exceptional—warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Zion’s recommendations were spot on, and his upbeat energy truly added to the overall experience. From the fantastic food to the outstanding service, it was a wonderful night. Can’t wait to come back!

    The Overall experience was good, however our server took long before coming to take our order. Not sure if it was because it was a Monday night and they were slow or did not have full capacity of staff. Also, the bar got one of the drinks order incorrectly, but we kept what the brought in place of what was ordered.
