The bar station was very slow when ordering drinks even thou there were specials on cocktails the waiting time shouldn't gave been so long

From walk in my party and I were greeted and taken to our table. So 5/5 for that! First impression was great! The waitress was EXCELLENT ! She was clear but the music was a bit loud. She ensured we were ok allowed us to review the menu and order when we were ready. The food was not as good. The chicken I had was bland. My daughter's baby back ribs was not tasty. The shrimp was good though. The Sangria and Mocktails were super sweet and tasted like syrup. The dessert though was yum! My first thought was the food taste quality has gone down. The music although great for a bar setting was too loud for the dinning setting. The music selection though was great for me !! I hope this helps in improving.

This evening was quite a memorable birthday celebration. The ambience was good and the staff was pleasant. It's worth another special occasion dining in the future.

As we entered the door, we were pleasantly greeted even though we arrived late for our reservation. The waitress was very pleasant as well and the food was AMAZING! The juices could've been mixed properly before being served to us but it tasted ok. But we intend to dine again in the near future.

Our host was extremely attentive and made sure out meals were fresh out of the kitchen, checked in on us all the time to make sure everything was good. Even the manager was present checking on the diners from time to time. The valentines menu was well designed and there was real value for money compared to the other restaurants, Thanks TGIFridays for making our evening a memorable one even though the busy evening

Overall good experience, service was polite and helpful but could have been more attentive. We consistently got what we requested but we had long waits in between to receive attention Didn't expect that on a Sunday night.

We visited the Trincity Branch for my husband's Birthday dinner. The appetizer was incredibly cold for some reason. While my husband and son got their orders in a timely manner, mine took forever to arrive and everyone was done eating by the time it came. During this time electricity went and the generator came on after a prolonged period. Not the best experience to date. Our server however made every attempt to salvage what was left of a bad evening.

This Christmas season, my friends and I wanted to shake things up a bit, so we decided to kick off the festivities with an early Christmas lunch at TGIF Trincity! The staff were super friendly, and our server, Desiann, was amazing at taking our orders for food and drinks. We treated ourselves to the Christmas menu, and let me tell you, everything we ordered was absolutely scrumptious! We didn’t have to wait long at all, and we walked away feeling really satisfied. What a wonderful time! Kudos to the management and staff at TGIF!!
