   Went here for New Year’s Eve because everything else was booked. It was ok. At Hanes Mall. Entrance outside of mall. Caesar salad was spicy. All in all an ok meal.

   We had a reservation, so we were seated promptly. The hostess was making guests wait a minimum of 15 minutes to be seated. However, there were ample open tables that would have accommodated everyone who was waiting. Server was incompetent -- did not know what wines were available for purchase, brought the wrong wine even after telling us what was available, check was wrong in the end. Food was AWFUL! We both got fried shrimp; they were fried so hard they were hard to chew. I also got the parmesan crusted chicken; it was like rubber under the soggy crust. This restaurant is inside the mall, and I felt most uncomfortable with the sketchy, thug-like shoppers who we saw walking by the window. We will NEVER go back to this restaurant again!!!

   Service was awful. Many things left out and others incorrect. Several servers came to bring our food. Took a long time for drinks and refills and they were not busy.

   The restaurant was almost entirely empty, yet there was a line at the door to be seated. Service was slow - especially given the capacity. I would hate to visit when it’s busy. Food was meh - kind of expected for a large chain.

   very noisy when we got there but got a little better later. we know next time to request away from the bar. our food was delivered within a reasonable amount of time and we had no complaints, it was good and hot. one complaint was we had to ask for tea refills and for water and it was only delivered once. other than that we will go back.

   We made reservations for a party of 8, the only seating available was high top tables. My parents did not feel safe sitting in them, due to their age and the unevenness of the flooring, causing the chairs to be unstable. We were then offered two round 5-person tables but were told they could not be pulled together, but not given a reason or explanation why this was. Our dinner was to celebrate my child’s birthday, but we weren’t able to all sit together so we chose to leave and choose another restaurant that was more accommodating to our family’s needs.

    It was ok. Steak was not cooked the way I wanted but I don’t like to complain but everything else was fine
