   The did not honor my reservation, had to wait 1 hr and watch them seat people who came in after me.

   Our service was absolutely horrible! When we arrived at 7:00 on a Friday night, the place was more than half empty. That should've been our first clue. When my husband asked the waitress which beers they had on draft, the waitress pointed inside the menu at the beer list. We had seen some craft beers listed on a sign as we walked in, and they weren't listed in the menu. So my husband asked about those. The waitress told us there were too many to remember, and didn't offer to go find out. Later on, we asked her if they did anything to celebrate birthdays--we were there for my mother's 85th birthday. She said, "All we do is give a free sundae." And she walked away. She never offered drink refills, etc. I'm not sure where the manager was, but had he been walking around at all, he would have noticed the poor service this young lady was giving her customers. The male server that was working with her was trying his best to pick up her slack--clearing tables, asking people if they needed anything, etc. Unfortunately, we were one table outside his service area. We will definitely NOT be going back.

   I’m not sure if I would go back. Our server was good but didn’t seem happy to see us.

   One persons salad was requested prior to entree but it came out with the entree. Person two ask fo his steak medium and it was very well done so he had toned it for another to be cooked. I had rewards toward the bill. Phone with scan code was taken to the register twice and when I got the final bill the reward had not been included.

   When we arrived, we waited for a host/hostess to seat us, which didn’t happen so we ended up seating ourselves. We waited for at least 15 minutes to be waited on and then watched as customers who came in after us were served their food prior to us. The server was apologetic but it was evident that the restaurant was understaffed and the staff that were there weren’t attentive to the needs of “all” customers as some received continued attention while others such as us were neglected for extended periods of time.
