   Excellent all around. Excellent service and food. Very friendly manager who came to our table and asked us how everything was.

   As usual, our visit was great! The food was perfect, and our server RJ always knocks it out of the park. TGI Friday's is lucky to have such great staff! They are always friendly and happy to help.

   I will not be going back, I sat there without service the first 10 min, I requested a manager he gave us appetizers for free which was nice but then we put in our food order and they brought out 2 of the people’s food but myself and my 9 month old daughter sat there for another 11 minutes with no food after our other party’s food was out and we was offered no discount or anything! Our server lied to us about the reason we was not getting our food saying they sent the food of the first 2 as appetizers but we had already had appetizers! I was not happy and will not return!

   Ordered the large NY strip as a treat after a long day’s work, but it was totally inedible. I quietly informed the manager and advised that the sides were delicious as was the service in the bar, but the steak was just a poor piece of meat. The manager took care of the meal and I tipped generously.

   We had our daughter's 16th birthday party at Fridays last Friday evening and she invited 18 people to join her. The evening was great and the kids enjoyed their experience very much. Thank you to Fridays for helping to make the evening special for our daughter!

   Overall, we had a great time eating at TGI Friday's. Our server, RJ, is an OUTSTANDING waiter. He is most definitely one of the best waiters they have. He (and the manager) handled themselves in such a professional manner when a customer tried to get have their meal cost reduced when there was absolutely nothing wrong with their meal. Food was great. Drinks were even better. Always a great time to start our mall shopping with some TGI Friday's!

   My daughter graduated from Indiana State University. I originally made reservations for 14. My number increased by almost 7 more. The manager was able to still accommodate our party so that we could celebrate together. There was only one issue, THERE WAS NO COFFEE for those who requested coffee. I had my elderly parents with me and that is something they always want. Other than that issue, all was good. Would do it all over again if necessary.

    Ordered a steak medium-well and it came over done. Was very disappointed I could not get a baked potato or sautéed mushrooms. Also didn't get my onions until I was almost done with my terrible steak and the onions were disgusting.
