   I asked them if they sang for birthdays and they said yes I asked them to sing for my daughter and they said they would but never did.

   Would not go back and definite would not recommend. Food was horrible and when we complained to server and asked to see manager, he never came. Asked a second time and he never came. We could see him hiding around corner by kitchen. Service was bad and restrooms were dIrty. Wonder how this place stays open. Dark, dingy and really needs a good cleaning. Also, they insist they do not do Open Table reservations and keep complaining to their corporate office that they don’t want to be on Open Table. Strange place.

   Don’t understand why they never know anything about the Open Table program. Excuses include: their iPad is out of battery, they do not use the Open Table program any more, their internet is down, they do not know how to check you in, etc. The other Fridays all know what to do, just this location. It’s the same all the time. Where’s the manager!!! Also, they really need to remodel or at least clean the place, big time. Everything is old and in need of repair, especially the restrooms. Very poor housekeeping.

   I booked TGIFridays for a large group after my son's graduation. When we arrived for our reservation I was told that we don't have a reservation. The hostess told us that if you made a reservation online it didn't work and that they don't take reservations. Anyway...they were able to seat us and we had a delicious dinner!

   Arrived to find out they don’t do reservations. They said open table confuses everyone. Restaurant was dirty, floor incredibly sticky, table sticky and dirty. Restrooms awful

   The selling point for Friday's in this area is that they are open till 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays, 11 PM on Mondays through Thursdays and 10 PM on Sundays.

   I had made reservations on Open Table. When we got there I asked hostess to check me in and she didn't seem to know what to do. I told her to look on the iPad she had in front of her to find my reservation and that I had received an e-mail from them with a confirmation #. She said iPad was out of battery & I should ask our server. I did & she seemed clueless, too & said she would ask manager. Manager came and said he would check on it. I waited for him at hostess stand & he confirmed I pad was out of battery & not plugged in. How do you run a business that way???? It should have been plugged in once they knew it was out of battery. Turns out the plug-in belongs to the hostess & not Fridays & apparently she didn't care. I could tell by her attitude from the time we came in. Finally it got plugged in & I told them I wouldn't be waiting for it to be up & running as it was deader than a doornail & I wasn't wasting any more time waiting & arguing with them. If they want business they had better be prepared for it. Neither of the managers I spoke to seemed to care and one even suggested she didn't see why it was such a big deal. I explained to her that we if I was a "no show" I would be hearing from Open Table reminding me that I was expected by the restaurant to show up and it was rude & inconsiderate not to as they could have given the table/reservation to another guest & also, I would not be getting the points. Apparently, the people at this location are clueless about the program. If I worked there, I would be embarrassed if the customer knew I was ignorant of the fact they used Open Table and how it works. Shame on them. I told them I would be contacting their corporate office as well as Open Table, which I did. They didn't seem to care.

   Food good. Service fair.....never came back to see if I wanted a refill on drink.

    Not the best service. Had a spider walk across our table then a winged ant walk on another one our party moments later. I've been to other Fridays that served better food, had much better service and the interior was kept up better. I won't go back to this one.
