   The restaurant has great money saving deals... definitely get enough food on these deals. We got the deal that came with app/ entree/ and mini dessert...these deals are $20-29 for two meals, depending on what you choose for your entree.

   We went on our lunch hour which we informed the staff and it took 45 minutes to get our food. There were very few tables so it shouldn’t have been an issue, I was just there and was in and out in the same time. Very disappointing.

   Nothing special. Salad served without dressing, steak served without shrimp whick we asked for. Plus they added in on a bill. Overall not coming back soon

   When we arrived, the host was not at the host station and it was not busy (only 4 tables when we arrived). She then walked by and greeted us, but did not ask if we were dining in or tell us to please wait. There was a sign that asked us to wait to be seated. We weren’t sure that was the host, so we continued to wait. She returned 5 minutes later, right after another table walked in to be sat. She sat them before us and when she came back she offered to seat us. This should have been our warning sign to go elsewhere, but we are generally patient people. Our server took 5 minutes to greet us and then after ordering the drinks, took 5 minutes to present them to us. We were catching up, so we weren’t too upset yet. Ordering our food took quite a while, she disappeared for about 10 minutes after bringing our drinks. We did the endless appetizers. The first set took about 15 minutes to come out (I remind you.. only 5 tables now in restaurant). After we completed our first round, she made eye contact with us, but did not come to the table or offer a refill. We sat there for a few minutes without a drink or food. She came back and we ordered a drink and appetizer refill. She didn’t bring our drinks until our appetizers were done (and they were wrong and took 10 minutes). We were going to order another refill right away but just did not want to be there anymore. When it came time to pay, she disappeared for a while. We were at the restaurant from 645p-930p for appetizers, drinks, and a dessert. Horrible experience.

   Friday’s is desperately in need of a makeover. The inside is old, tired and dated. Booths are very uncomfortable. While their food is normally pretty good, tonight it was poor. The broccoli was cooked to almost mush, the steak was very chewy and the Diet Coke flat. Service was very attentive.

   Probably won’t be back......seems like the chain has lost its hmph! Surprised this location was kept open

   Fridays has added many new items to their menu and they are quite good. They had a special on ribs which brought us in to the restaurant. They were quite good and enjoyed by all. I must also add that Fridays food has improved overall in the past year and my husband and I have started frequenting them again. Our waitress was awesome and contributed to all of us having a really great time. A neighborhood winner.
