   There were only 6 tables with customers at them. There were 6 waitstaff walking around that we could see. We didn’t receive any silverware until after our food was delivered. We ordered 3 identical house salads, all with ranch dressing, and we when they brought a single salad to the table we had to remind them of the other two. They forgot my husbands shrimp on his steak and shrimp dinner, we sat for over 10 minutes with empty drink glasses. The experience from walking in to leaving took 1 hour and 45 minutes. The restaurant was clean and pretty. The waitstaff were friendly but incompetent.

   Not worth one star. Restaraunt had no knowledge of open table. They said they hadnt heard if the app. Orders were wrong. Service was slow. Meals should have been compensated or free. Took forevever to get meal and then forever to get waitress over to report errors. Waited another 30 minutes for new orders which were not fully correctwd but didnt bother reporting again since half of our party had eaten and were waiting on other half. Manager came over to ask if bill was okay??? Not very sincere or apologetic. The brocoli side dish is a health hazard, heart attack waiting to happen. Sodium content off the charts. Couldnt leave this place fast enough. Not worth one star.

   Once we walked in - there was a bad smell. Reminded me of old and stinky. I could say worse but going to reframe myself. The chicken was rubbery and the steaks over cooked! The draft dos XX’s was room temperature and definitely not cold as I’ve had at other bars. This was our first experience with TGIF & by far not what was advertised on TV commercials. The only thing that was good was the old fashion that definitely was on point! Measured up to Outbacks black cherry old fashion. This will be the 1st and LAST time at a TGIF! Very disappointed and bad quality FOOD indeed.

   The manager Valerie handled a coupe of issues, but considering that my wife ate off of the rib rack (which was served cold) it was brought back to the kitchen and warmed then returned. The servers Christian did not check on us, I had to go find him when we needed something. Someone else even had to run his food to our table. Knowing that I've managed in tge food industry we never brought food that a customer ate of of into the kitchen fixed than issue then gave them the food back - they always received new food no matter the food cost, the servers like Christian, which they were bragging on how good he was as a server, need more training they lack customer service and general serving skills. I was not impressed with TGIFriday's again. My wife and I don't think we will visit there anymore, just disappointed!

   Our waiter was excellent, the kitchen was very slow, 1 hour wait for food music was way too loud.

    I booked a reservation at TGI'S for a Thursday night weird I know seeing as its a weeknight but we would be going late - 11:15 pm and we didn't want to be those people who show up less than an hour before closing, so we got a reservation so they would know we were coming (it was just me and my husband). We've only been to TGI Fridays twice including this visit and both times have been super disappointing so we won't be going back. To start off we walked in and there was a girl manning the bar with a couple sitting there, one other pair in a booth in the back and 2 girls on the far side of the restaurant at the station chatting. We didn't get welcomed, which honestly i don't mind its more of an American thing (Im British) so that's all ok, but we waited.. and waited.. and waited.. almost 15monites go by and im saying to my husband that we should just leave or sit at the bar or something. But we decided to keep waiting and finally close to 15mintues since stepping in a lady came over and the first thing she says is "You want to sit at the bar?" Um no? So we followed her to a booth and she said our server will be with us shortly.. she wasn't even being unfriendly just super short and no apology, so things were kinda awkward already. Our server took another 10minutes to show up and by that, time the couple at the bar had left so there was only 4 people in the whole restaurant. Our app was fine but NONE of the mozzarella sticks had cheese in them! Not a single one it had all had leaked out into the fryer on one side so it was just breading. My mojito took alsmot 20mintues, our entrees were good mine was great but my husband had to wait ANOTHER 15mintues just for A1 Sauce and to tell our server that his steak entree didn't come with the shrimp it was supposed to.. the shrimp finally came with our dessert... Okaaay. Overall it was a super crappy and weird experience, and our server would constantly talk over us and interpret, but we still tipped well seeing as it was late
