   This location does not appear to care about lunch service. Nobody working...only one server visible...food arrived dead cold.

   Been going to Fridays for a long time (I have almost 2000 of their rewards points accumulated). The company appears to be struggling, and today was a fine example of why the places are failing. Arrived at EXACTLY 11:30 with my associate. Nobody at the door, we waited, and waited, another group arrived and they waited as well. They finally settled for going into the bar. It was seven minutes before a disheveled "manager" appeared, shirttails hanging out, to seat us. ANOTHER nine minutes before we were even approached by a server who was only the 2nd server we saw until that time. 21 minutes into our visit, we were brought our soft drinks. The store was virtually empty. I had ONE simple request...that I be served HOT fries with my meal. No surprise that this would not happen, but the server was happy to get more...from the same batch obviously sitting under a lamp in the kitchen. I don't expect much going to Fridays, and I got even less on this trip.

   Our waitress was very good but the food took a very long time to come out. It was kind of surprising because there was barely anybody in the restaurant. My salad was prepared nicely and tasted good but my sons hamburger was pretty much undercooked. The waitress did take it back and had it cook to the next level. the service was good but everything else was just average.

   Great service and no wait. Food was fine but not great. My teen boys had steaks. The larger tbone was thin but nicelt cooked and he liked the glaze. Older son had the sirloin or filet Large portion of mashed potatoes and broccoli, but steak was tiny. My turkey burger was tasty. Fun place and easy for a group.

   There open table isn’t working! They forgot the password! Lol Mgr sitting at a table staring out the window. Never once spoke to a single guest.

   Service was poor from the host to the server as well as the food runner. The host was bent over with his behind to the door on the phone and never acknowledged us. We were sat by flagging down a sever. It was slow in the restaurant on a Tuesday night and the drinks were slow and the steak was undercooked twice. The manager was nice and comped one dinner. But the whole evening was spoiled.

   When we arrived, the host said the open table reservations system has been down for 2 weeks and that all he can do was put us down on the list. What? I walked out and tried to set up another open table for another restaurant, but open table wouldn’t allow me because I had this reservation and the only way to cancel is by calling. So I called and Amy was wonderful! She said she can get us seated right away if we come in. After that everything was great. The host looked young and untrained. We are glad Amy was there to rectify the situation.

   This is probably the most poorly run chain restaurant I have seen in years. It was a Thursday night during a little snow fall when we went to visit the place and there was a line out the door despite having an empty dining room. The quoted wait time was 45-1 hour, but yet I counted about ten open tables in the dining room. I thought service staff might have been the issue but there were servers around barely. And only one host running the door and busing tables. Additionally, they said that their OpenTable hadn't be accessible for two weeks now. Dining room had so many empty tables but yet the servers moved around so sluggishly. Absolutely no manager in sight, perhaps was at the bar which is the only area that was full since no one knew how to run the dining room well. Was told there was only two cooks on staff as well. The host at the door deserves a raise honestly, and the manager should be fired, the way that restaurant was run. Honestly don't know how this location is still open, someone needs to do an Undercover Boss on this place ASAP.

   We had to wait 10 minutes just to get to the host. He told us there would be a 40 minute wait. We said we had a reservation and he said their reservation computer hadn’t worked for 2 weeks. I pointed at two open tables and asked about them. He said they didn’t have enough staff to support them. We had concert tickets, so we couldn’t wait and went elsewhere. Horrible experience and inexcusable performance by the TGIF staff.

    Stopping for dinner before a show nearby. Had a 6pm reservation Unfortunately when I arrived they told me it was an hour wait for a table. I showed them my confirmed reservation and they said it's still an hour. I let them know I can't wait an hour because of the show I was attending This didn't change anything. Person behind me in line did not have a reservation and was told it would be an hour. What's the point of taking reservations that don't mean anything. Many folks left the restaurant very upset. Chipotle was happy when many of us wound up there. Will never go to this TGIF again. As Seinfeld said, they know how to take reservations, they just don't know how to hold them
