   they did not have my reservation from OpenTable as they said they were not logged in and had to wait 20 minutes to sit. The table that we sat in was open since we got there. The waitress was great if not for that incident with a rated it at 5 overall for service.

   I like to start by saying, THANK YOU for having an online reservation system that was a great help to me. I search in my area and there was no such luck. To my surprise you all did. From the time that I entered TGI Friday's. I was very please and the serve was outstanding from all the staff that I came in contact with. The waitress that took care of me and family/friends was great with lots patience🤩. My hat off to the chef(s) for such devine tasty and delicious food.✔🤗 Again! Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you♥️⚘🌹for your professional staff.

   We had a reservation for 20 @ 8 got there at 7:45 and wasn’t seated until 8:37. Then there wasn’t enough seating set up. So most of the guest went to the bar. Then the we were given 1 server for our party who was extremely slow and refused to get more help when we asked her too her response “ i don’t need any help I’ve had bigger parties than this” the she explains that the Resturant ran out of chips for the dips, potstickers, burger buns and other things. Long story short we left at 10:46 and the only thing our table had gotten was 5 drinks and a order of cheese sticks. What a way to celebrate my daughters birthday.
